Two experiences here so far and both have been great! I needed some brand new bills for the holiday season and Lunar new year. The first time I walked in and waited in line to ask a teller, second time I walked up to a banker and inquired. Both times they asked the service manager and she said yes!! New bills are hard to come by so I was really glad that they had some in the cash vault. Here's a few do's and don'ts to make your banking experience better. Do - Look at your phone, go on social media do whatever the heck you do when you're not standing in a bank line and you'll be just fine. Expect to wait, there's usually 2 tellers on the line. Use online banking for your wire transfers, it's easier than you think. The amount of paperwork and signatures are unnecessary when you see a banker- for you and for them. Be considerate to the banking team, they don't make the rules they just follow them. Don't- Be mad, huffing and puffing that you're waiting in line to deposit a check that could have been done on your mobile app or at the drive up ATMs. Give the tellers a hard time bc you want to take out cash that could've been done at the ATMs. Walk in expecting to see a banker for a new account opening that can easily be done on line.

When did we start not having restrooms available for bank members? Ridiculous. Not happy being a member anymore ,other banks do not blocked for customers. And still had to wait 20 to get verified.

Don’t bother. They steal your money and let others steal your money. Just cancelled my account today.

Been with Wells Fargo since 1995-almost 30 years. I received an email that they were going to start charging me a service fee. Strange, I've never been charged a service fee before. Anyways, I decided to close my account. My credit score went down. Turns out, I never needed to close it because Military doesn't get charged monthly service fees. They sent bad information to the wrong person. This branch doesn't know their customers. Now I bank at Chase across the street. The end.

Second time I've tried this branch. Waited for assistance and couldn't get help to open a new account. I'll use their drive up atm but won't try to go in again. I couldn't even give them my money. Not impressed!

Came this morning to this branch. I clearly asked Male Asian teller that I was depositing a check for one of my clients. He said he needed permission from another teller(female Latina-wearing white top). She comes over, No Communication between them, and she starts addressing me by my male clients name! They had me sit down. I couldn't wait so I took the check back and I deposited into his account at my go-to branch in Tustin. No hassle, in and out in less the 4 minutes. Please communicate better amongst yourselves so you don't address your customers incorrectly. Please LISTEN to what the customer is asking for as well.

This branch is awesome! Roger helped me open our business account. He was very professional, knowledgeable and got us going right away. We ran into some issues with the account a couple weeks later and Mia helped us resolve the issues with authority and professionalism. Thank you so much Placentia branch.

At noon there was only one teller to start with. A second one finally opened while the first teller was still on that first customer. I know sometimes a customer needs more help but when you have four or five customers in line it would benefit us all to have a second or even a third teller open a window.

Warning! The ATM machine at the drive through does not count cash deposits correctly. On 3 different occasions the machine has shorted me, I tried twice today. 3 different times I have requested that that machine be fixed or replaced. Today, the teller and manager said it wasn’t their problem they don’t service the machines. She said they couldn’t put a sign on the machine telling people cash deposits may not counted correctly. She was rude and told me to call the 800 number. Wow!

Bunch of jokers at this branch. They do have couple good employees. I think over all Wells Fargo is a joke. Chase and US Bank is better option. I am a business customer. I walked in and waiting for any banker to come and talk. Waited for 10 minutes. One of the banker (Asian Male) was chit chatting with female banker. He looked at me and ignored. Fudge that. I left and went across chase. Thank god I also have a account at Chase.

This location has a staffing shortage and a high turnover on employees so if you handle any transactions the manager, Patty will tell you that because they do not work there anymore she cannot vouch for anything said. So keep copies of everything or nothing can get accomplished at this location. Patty the manager throws her ex employees under the bus and does not want to give much effort in making customers happy and it reflects on this locations reviews. I called every hour on the hour to try to reach this location and was not able to do so until after 2:30 because Patty said she was late for work. Never have I ever had an issue with any Wells Fargo before like this. It almost feels like you're in a Sci-Fi channel movie. I've only been to this location three times to deposit checks and I've experienced the same type of situation every time and the same type of service all centered around this one manager Patty every time so sometimes it's not always the employees but the terrible management or lack thereof.
