Worst pharmacy that you can go. I called to pick up my daughter prescription who had been sick. The pharmacist told me that they just got the prescription however it was send by the doctor more than an hour prior. So they were untruthful and I told him that the prescription was send more than an hour ago. In addition, we were told to come back in 3 hours so I replied that my daughter is sick and she need the prescription urgently. They didn't care and she said that half an hour is the soonest they can do despite we offered that we can wait for the prescription. Very rude , unprofessional and lazy staff Just bottom line , they don't care. I will definitely ask my doctor NOT to send any further prescription to that pharmacy.

My daughter and I dropped an iPhone off at the FedEx location inside for return to apple for credit. Apple contacted us letting us know that the box arrived empty. The person at the counter a female employee was very rude, I wish I had the name. I'm not saying that the phone was stolen here because I don't know. PLEASE BEWARE and out of caution use another FedEx location.

I genuinely do not understand how the morning pharmacist (and manager?) is still employed. 5+ hours today trying to get my medication due to her negligence, and she hung up on me mid-question after trying to place blame on another employee for her own miscommunication.

If I could rate this store zero stars, I would. I went in to pick up a fed-ex package. I waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter. When an associate finally came, she walked up slowly as if in no hurry. She asked for my ID. I asked if she needed me to take it out of my wallet, she said yes. She just looked at it. She could have done that with it still in my wallet. She got the package and matched my ID with the name on the package. She then asked me if I had a tracking number. I said it is on my phone in my car. She insisted I go get it, so I did. Even after I showed her the email she still did not continue. Good grief, I only had to pick up a package. The whole thing should have taken less than 2 minutes! At this point, the whole thing had taken over 15 minutes! When I obviously acted annoyed, she said to me, "you obviously are having a bad day." So rude! You never treat customers that way. I will never go to that location ever again!

I called ahead to see if their photo machines were working and they said yes but when I got here they do not provide patch cords so that you can print your pictures

If you love the feeling of being ignored and dismissed like a stray dog begging for scraps in Tijuana, this place is for you! They will definitely go out of their to make sure you leave feeling hopeless, lost and left unsatisfied. If that's your jam, I come to this 9/10 spot. For a 10/10 experience, come to thanksgiving dinner at my step dads.

This is to the girl who just answered the phone from the Pharmacy. 12/18/21 12:15pm. Gosh I wish I could've gotten her name. I KINDLY asked for a confirmation of my order. I know some places don't get the orders right away from certain medical places so I just wanted to make sure. She sounded miserable by the tone of her voice. Lighten up sweetie, life is too short! Try to be patient :) I understand they are busy times so I like to be nice and have manners because I know how it feels. I also said thank you and all and she just hung up. She also said they're working on my order, yet it's going to be ready in a few hours? Just for one order of pills?

If i could give this pharmacy 0 stars i would. They are the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. There could be 3 people in line and you're still going to wait 25 minutes to pick up a prescription. There is always something wrong whether the systems are down or prescriptions weren't processed on their end. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY!

Pharmacy is S L O W. We are talking turtle speed. They are very understaffed I the pharmacy. One person doing drive thru and front. I am in a line of eight inside :-(. They are also trying to do COVID and flu shots so good luck getting a prescription quickly! Time to move my prescriptions. The men's bathroom is full of graffiti as well.

Made an appointment to get a covid test to return to work. They do not take same day appointments and I had to schedule 2 days in advance. I arrive to my appointment and they say they can't help me because there system is down. They tell me to go to a different location and they will be able to pull up my record and help me. The other location says they cannot help me as they have different systems. They tell me to make another appointment to be helped but they are backed up for the next two days....What a joke!!!! Now I'm here and cannot return to work due to their mess up. Don't even bother, go to cvs instead. Walgreens is trash. RIDICULOUS. Called their help number and they said there is nothing they can do besides scheduling another appointment. Why would I schedule another appointment when you couldn't even fulfill the first appointment I made!

Horrible horrible service. Only my sister and I here and we've waited almost an hour. No update about wait times. There's 3 of them working in the back so it isn't like there's not enough people. If your going for your vaccine DO. NOT. WASTE. YOUR. TIME. BUT CVS isn't any better.

I'm from Huntington Beach Ca and recently moved to Anaheim CA . My ID still has my old address and my DR is located in Huntington Beach. I went to the Walgreens next to my DR and they were out of my medication. So I decided to head home and go to the Walgreens next to my new home. The Pharmacist refused to fill my prescription for the fact that my ID had a Huntington Beach address on the ID. I have never heard of such crap In my life. This should be unlawful as I need my medication to live a normal healthy life. The pharmacist did not care and I will refuse to go to any Walgreens every again. I will be changing my pharmacy today!
