This facility was just what I needed. It was clean. It was safe. I don't have a single complaint. Shawn is a conscientious care taker.
I feel using Placerville 49er was a good decision during a stressful move. It even felt a little homey.

We stored our stuff there for more than four years and never once had a problem. Super nice and friendly. And btw I love all the cats around… Absolutely no evidence of mice or rats. Thanks for the simple move out and the years of keeping our stuff safe.

Great experience, access, great location, love that my trailers are up on a concrete slab and not on dirt or gravel!
Staff has always treated me well, fairly & reacted quickly to my needs!

1st its hard to find an indoor storage place for a vehicle. Shawn the onsite manager is top notch. Shawn makes you and your property feel secure. There are cats around that keep the pests away from your valuables. No rats. Shawn is always doing work around, spaying, picking up and all the flowers gives the environment a pleasant feel. This is by far the most secure storage facility around.

Shawn at 49er storage can always be found around the facility either willing to help you in the office or making sure the grounds are well maintained. The units are a good size and easy to access.

My family were forced to move out of our mobile home against unforeseen circumstances a lot was going on and we got so very lucky that we got referred to 49er mini storage we have spent two months renting from them and had the best experience friendly staff good deals good experience overall we were very blessed to have had this referral to the mini storage thankful so very thankful to them I would highly recommend this many storage if I ever have to have a storage for anything else I will definitely go back

5 star establishment here the manager shawn is very friendly and now a good friend we were terrible tenants always paying late and they still delt with us with a smile now if that dosnt say alot about this place I don't know what will. highly recommend for anyone with storage needs very competitive pricing and superior service provided thanks again guys!

The prices were better than surrounding storage units for the size we were needing. The owner was always quick to communicate with us and he helped us in multiple ways to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back if we need another unit.

Renting a storage unit at 49er Storage was incredibly easy. I was looking for a short term rental while I was in between moves, and the entire transaction was smooth and effortless. A huge thank you to Shawn, the manager, who was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with everything. He made the process stress-free and answered all my questions. After several years of storage here I can highly recommend this facility. It is clean, dry, easily accessible, and rodent free year round. The manager, Shawn, is a pleasure to know and work with. He is a very helpful person and I always felt safe and confident my belongings were well protected. I also found the other tenants to be friendly, kind and respectful.

AFFORDABLE, SECURE, CLEAN & SAFE - And You Can Believe It. The Managers are kind, smart and alert. It has been such a relief knowing we were in good hands all these years. Keeping the facilities in suburb condition, the units clean and tight.
