About 3 weeks ago, my laptop was doing a restart and never turned back on. Didn't matter what I did, it wouldn't work. I called around and ended up dropping it off with Myles and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided! Not only was it affordable, but he fixed it and added a good antivirus so it wouldn't happen again. I will definitely return there if it causes me any issues in the future. I will also let anyone I know with computer issues to go to A1 if they want the best customer service, with affordable prices! (I meant to leave this review 3 weeks ago, but have been busy moving and it slipped my mind.)

Mason and Myles are awesome at what they do.Not only did they Build me this PC but they have solved every Issue I've had since I got this computer.every time They're working on my Computer they call and Give me Updates on how everything is going. I think their Customer Service is really Good and I am so glad I found their Shop.My computer will never go anywhere else so long as they're in Business.

Excellent work, laptop SDD completely died. A1 confirmed diagnosis, ordered a new drive, installed, and setup windows to get it going again and very reasonable rate - 10/10 would use again.

Warning! When I called to bring my item in this guy just told me to "park out front" of the apartments and call him with no further explanation. Guess I parked in the wrong spot. He was pissed off. Apparently he works out of his apartment and doesn't want the apartment manager to know what he is dong (illegitimately?). When I came to pick up my item I parked out on the street and he was even more pissed off at me because I got out of my car and started walking towards the apartments when I thought I saw him. This is a scary person! Hope this wasn't a drug front or something. Took him twice as long to repair the item than promised. My advice: Stay away!! MINUS 5stars

I feel very fortunate to have A-1 Computer repair right here in our community. They are experts, very affordable, fast one (1) day turnaround. To me this is one part of the "holy trinity," along with finding a good mechanic and a good A/C man. Thanks guys!

My computer and all of it's data was completely dead! I as most of us can't bear to lose our years of archived photos and videos. Though I do not live here I drive 4 hours to the only person to whom I would entrust my computer ....Myles. He carefully step by step brought my computer back to life. It was a circuitous route I doubt anyone would have patiently put themselves through. Not only that but kept me in communication all through the process and after guiding me on the clean up of my computer. I am grateful Placerville has Myles and Mason. The best!

Mason has done work for us a few times. They are really knowledgeable and take time to help you understand things you may be concerned or confused about for those of us that are not as tech-savvy. Would recommend. We have used one other guy in the past for computer issues, but ever since going to A-1, we haven't switched to someone new to help us with our computer repairs.

A-1 Computer is the best--no, the ONLY service provider I will work with to repair or service my computers, tablets , etc.. Mason is efficient and reliable; he has probably saved me hundreds of dollars, not to mention given me peace of mind that my devices are are in great working order. Waaay better than what I've gotten from other geek squads...
