The customer service is awful. The staff is rude. I wanted to get a permanent bracelet but no one would assist me. Guess I didn't look like their typical customer. Their loss. I will never go back and will advise others not to shop there. I live here and can do that. Rudest service on Main St. Spend your money elsewhere. Besides the stuff is way over priced.

I just love this store! Everytime I come to town from Vegas I stop in there. All the ladies are so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of clothes and I always find something unique there. See ya next time ladies

1. Service is bad period. 2. Selection (for men) is way too expensive. 3. Value is best found somewhere else. I do not like being watched like a predator while I am casually looking. Nothing new or exciting for men and the owner is RUDE!

I am visiting my parents from France with my daughter and went to Ambiance today, while shopping my daughter wanted to use the restroom. The “manager” ask my daughter after looking her up and down if she was a customer. She said yes, she laughed and told her she was not a customer.My daughter was so embarrassed and mortified. Then told me, and I asked the women, Mira - Mera, if she said that to my daughter; she then actually lied to me and said no she did not say that. So not only did she offend us, then she lied. However, when I brought my 25 yr old daughter she could not lie, so she admitted that she did in fact tell her she was not a customer.She then had to defend herself. It gets better, the shop worker does not apologize but said, “if you had to clean up feces in the bathroom, you’d ask too.” She said this twice. Wow!So 3rd insult l. I have never been so offended in a store ever. I just walked out as there was no point. She was more concerned about defending herself than simply apologizing. She did apologize, but only because she was obligated to do so, I guess. And boy was it a short, I’m sorry.Glad I have never had to write a bad Goggle review, however, this was so offensive I had to post this.Vote with your wallet.My parents had already bought 100s of dollars of Xmas gifts there; mine are being donated. I would never step foot in there again if this is the type of employees they hire.Shameful treatment.

I absolutely loved everything in this store. The clothing is so unique and love the natural materials. The leather items are exceptional. I found the most comfortable and cute boots. The staff was so nice and helpful. Will be going back for sure.

This is a fantastic boutique shop with many great items to buy. We stopped in on our way home to the Bay Area from Tahoe. They have men's and women's clothing, accessories, home goods, jewelry, etc. Wonderful staff and very helpful. I bought a pair of gorgeous short boots. Enjoying a wonderful shopping experience!!

I love shopping at this store!! First and foremost every time I have patronized Ambiance I've have been always told welcome to our store and what brings you in. There's nothing like a friendly greeting and being recognized when you walk into any establishment! All the staff are friendly and always willing to ask how can we assist you or can we answer any questions for you regarding anything in their store.. I am a faithful customer due to the wonderful customer service and some of the best products Ambiance has to offer!! Each and every time any of my family, friends or colleagues comes to visit my husband and I for several days I always bring them to Ambiance. As I'm writing this review it just so happens that my closest friends from Las Vegas is visiting us here in Folsom for the next 10 days and guess where we'll be shopping? AMBIANCE.. Today is Tuesday July 18, 2023 . We will be there tomorrow morning first ones in line when you open. Love this store. I walked in and all the merchandise was as if I purchased it for the store. The buyer has my number. ? Products are of good quality and priced right. Went in two days in a row while I was in Placerville. Purchased a pair of sunglasses, ring, and clothing. Will stop in for sure when I am in the area visiting friends.

The BEST local shop for unique gifts and clothes. Everything in this store is quality and the employees are so kind and helpful. I was warmly greeted and offered a latte. I moved about 25 minutes away and still make the trek to Ambiance for gifts. Support local!

The store has very cute bohemian chic clothes. A men's side (didn't explore that much) and the women's side. My only complaint would be that it might not be for the average shopper. I saw a very cute jean jacket, $198. A mindi dress, $225. Peasant blouse $125. All beautiful, but a little steep. The two dollar signs is a little misleading.
