I have been there many times at different hours of the day with no problems—I went early today 3:15am for fuel and coffee the doors were locked, not sure if this is normal but was a bit surprised since it’s a 24hr store.

I was overly thrilled to receive such great customer service from the manager of this AMPM. Carol Ahart made my day with her genuine kindness! I was having a bad day and it must have been pretty obviously, because as I was about to leave Carol approached me and I can’t remember exactly what words she used, but she basically told me that this too shall pass and that everything is gonna be ok! Such simple words yet it brightened my whole day! That was exactly what I needed to hear right then! And so I just wanted to say thank you Carol from the bottom of my heart! Thank you for being awesome!

I came in here to get my morning gas and to my surprise there was a girl working I hadn't ever seen before .. I walked in with a smile on my face as she walked across my path to put the fresh made cookies in the case , my smile was returned with a glare and silence . I figured she is having a bad morning & I can relate to that so I gave her a chance to redeem herself but when she met me at the counter it was almost worse when she opened her mouth . It was as if I was someone interrupting her and was a pure inconvenience. She completely ignored my "hi how are you " and rudely said "is that all" after I said I needed gas on pump 9 & I said yes that's all n that was it . No have a good day no nothing . Just a bitchy look and rude stare and walked off as I was telling her to have a great day ... I didn't get her name but I wish I did. Complete lack of respect for anyone especially customer service...

3/28/18 Our last fuel stop before the final stretch into South Lake was at this AMPM. Their credit card machines weren't working properly – every couple of customers was able to use their card it seemed, but luckily we had cash for gasoline and a 6-pack of hard cider. There were mandatory chain restrictions just miles ahead (for all non-AWD vehicles) so they might have lost some money doing cash-only transactions since their chains here were pretty pricey. Bathroom was pretty clean though and the girl working at the counter that night was really nice.
