Immediate attention when I first walked in . Great greeting and introduced herself ,then we hit down to business . Very friendly and professional , and extremely knowledgeable about everything . Had couple issues along the way but she resolved them easily . . She made my transition from Verizon to at@t easy. I have no remorse about switching carrier. She deserves a 5 star rating for sure. . I have tried a dozen providers. At&t is the best in all categories. Troubleshooting, store and call center interaction, device problems to name a few. But most importantly the company cares to make things right for the customer not the CEO; like other cellular companies. Go with AT&T you will never worry again. AT&T is truly the best cellular company doing business the right way. The service is 100% nationwide from the West Coast of California, to busy streets of New York, the Gulf of Florida, to the Northern state of Wisconsin and rural communities in the U.P. of Michigan, on their own towers you can trust. Thank you AT&T so glad to be back and staying in touch with loved ones.

I had a great experience yesterday at the Placerville ATT store. The employee named Justin helped me and was absolutely amazing. He welcomed me with a smile and a warm greeting, listened to what I had to say with eye contact, and efficiently did his best to figure out what was wrong. He has a great attitude and his fellow coworkers should follow his lead.

Staff has no idea what end is up. Went in for a phone upgrade as att kept sending me emails to upgrade, went to store and they said “nope. Have to pay for phones”. Went home and did the upgrade myself online. Went in today to get cases and covers for the new phone. Was told “buy two get one free” So I grabbed an extra case.. was a lie. No apple products on sale. I will do my att services online from now on.

Last week my son went to this store and encountered an extremely rude manager. Today I stopped in as my new phone would not connect to my car. Saying this woman was rude is an understatement. Her behavior was so over the top I could hardly believe it. Is AT&T so desperate that they would keep someone this terrible? I truly wish I was exaggerating, but this person should never be employed in a customer service capacity.

I was discriminated against because I am white by the 2 Mexican women that work at this store and I will NEVER go back. If you are white and pretty you can bet they will wait on the men and then go in the back room before they will give you help. They saw me come in and waited on 2 men and a 60 year old lady before I left. Both of them walked past me and never looked at me or asked if I needed help. They are no better than anyone!! They are the worst wretches this store has employed!! I've been here before and was never treated like this by anyone!! Get rid of them. They have a good hard lesson to learn in life and they will feel the sting of it when they discriminate against the wrong white person!! I hope ATT sends in an undercover boss so they can get rid of these 2 nasty Mexican women!! I treat everybody them same and I am always courteous. Being treated like this disgusts me. I'm half native so being deactivated against, I know the feeling!! The did their best to make me feel like I did not exist. So I left and took my business elsewhere. I can see by the ratings I'm not the only one that has been treated poorly here.

The staff at this store are shady and incompetent. If you have to do business there, before you leave, double check everything they've done, triple check everything they've told you and make them tell you what the amount of your next bill is going to be. Out of those 3, you'll find you've been lied to at least once.

Called twice, got put on hold for 15 minutes each and eventually hung up. Called again after hanging up and had someone immediately pick up while laughing and talking to another person while half way listening to me. If you’re looking for someone to take you seriously while being efficient take your business to a different ATT.

At&t placerville was awesome i needed cell service and they got everything in working order and straightened out for me i had formerly visited at&t in el dorado hills with a problem spent 2 days down there and never got issue fixed then came up here localy and boom within 20 minutes my issue tottaly resolved thank you staff and management at placerville at&t you guys rock!!... id give them 10 stars if possible thats a store too visit worth the drive if your within 30 miles id say THANKS AGAIN PLACERVILLE AT&T

I was having troubles with my home phone billing. I was beyond frustrated. I came in to this store and Lourdes helped me immediately. Talk about patience. This girl has got them. I had major billing issues and she got them all straightened out. A huge thank you to this amazing team of people.

Store manager Juan was insanely helpful. After being jerked around by support multiple times I called the store and Juan troubleshooted the situation quickly. 10 stars for that guy. He deserves a raise.
