“Stopped by this location for the first time today and was really impressed. Very clean vacuum area and nice new wash. Hayden was really good at explaining the membership, but not super pushy when I told him I wanted to think about it. I’ve been before where it felt like high pressure sales, so I really appreciated his approach. I’ll be back soon!”

“Beyond Exceptional. It wasn't even 5 minutes and my oil change was done I thought they were going to ask me what kind of oil I wanted and he says we're done and then I got a free car wash and you know quick quack sends you through this automatic washer that never does a good job but I accept it because that's the contract I have with them. So I said yeah I'll take the free car wash and the guys took about 7 minutes to power wash and rinse my car and then scrub it by hand before sending me to the car wash. And they've got a line of cars behind me and they still take all the extra time for each customer. Bravo I'm going to rethink my quick quack contract”

“I wanted to take the time to leave an honest review for Turner Street Carwash in Placerville. First, this car wash is always very clean, well maintained, and usually has the correct soap and wash products available, which I really appreciate.

During our most recent visit, we spent $7.50 washing our Dodge Ram diesel, but unfortunately the soap did not dispense from the sprayer and the wax did not come out either. I was disappointed because we had already spent the money and did not receive the full service we came for.

The next day, I called the owner, and he answered right away. He was very professional, kind, and apologetic about the situation. I truly appreciated his prompt response and his willingness to take responsibility for the inconvenience.

Things happen, but good customer service makes a big difference. I appreciate how the issue was handled and would still recommend this car wash because it is clean, well cared for, and the owner clearly cares about his customers.”
