Closing in the middle of the day for lunch is dumb. First of all the ladies start calling out ladies we have 10 min till we close for lunch very loud to let everyone in line know they dont care about you, their lunch is more important. Or mabye they just hope you leave. Its rude and makes you feel like maybe i shouldnt inconvienience them. Twice i left without picking up medication. The drive home and back was too far and i didnt want to come back so they could close in the middle of mormal business hours. Try sending employees to lunch at diffetent times. Its like the customers are an inconvienience. Also. Lunch if your gonna do it that way shouldbe at 12. 1:30 is right in the middle of everyone elses day and 1.5 hours after lunch. Switching to walmart or rite aid seems about appropriate. .

And endlessly frustrating experience trying to deal with this pharmacy. I have had three prescriptions sent here, confirmed with my doctor multiple times that he indeed sent them over. The pharmacy doesn’t know what happened with them. Call the doctor to have them resent. Try to call for more information only to have the phone ring for twenty minutes with no answer. Go to the pharmacy and wait in line to be told to come back in an hour. Come back two hours later and wait in line again and they still don’t have the prescription filled or any answers. Staff always seem so inconvenienced to be at work. Heard someone in the back answer the phone (a miracle!) and then hang up and immediately start talking badly about the patient on the other end of the call loudly enough for everyone in line to hear. Will be transferring all future prescriptions elsewhere.

I'm a little torn with this store. They are nice, but they are always busy at the pharmacy and a lot of the time theirs only one register open, so the line is always quite the wait.

Every prescription I've had filled at this location has been late. I run out of medicine and have to practically beg them to get it done. They just don't care. They've made that very clear.

Never fills on time-- even when you call in and they confirm it's getting filled. Multiple occasions I show up at said time and they state they don't have enough in to fill the rx completely. Act like it your problem they don't have enough with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Mind you my dog can't skip his medication dosage or he'll have a seizure. I've waited 30 minutes to an hour for them to count the pills that should've already been counted and bottled by the time I got here. Extremely rude and unprofessional front staff who roll your eyes or deep sigh when talking to you. Avoid.

This CVS has the best customer service in the front of the store with a great girl by the name of Christine. She is always very knowledgeable about the merchandise and it's location in the store. Saves time when shopping and is always friendly and willing to help. I wish more retail outlets would train in customer service.

What is the point of having a phone here if they never answer it....every single time I try to call it just rings for 30+ mins before I give up..... makes it very difficult when u like 40 mins away.... also... getting them to transfer prescriptions is more difficult than trying to peel concrete off the ground

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy from someone named Liz who was very unhelpful and wasted a lot of my time. She was also unhelpful to another customer and I witnessed her raise her voice at him and talk over him and all he was doing was asking for a second prescription to be filled. The manager was nice but they seem short staffed. Also call again to make sure your prescription is ready even if they text you it's ready bc it probably won't be as I had to wait another 20 mins and the man said he had to wait an hour after he received a text stating that his prescription was ready.

CVS Pharmacy are amazing specially with other stuff like wines in a box and liquor. I am astounded at how difficult it is to get the right amount of pills in a timely manner. But everything else are very good.
