The quick response, to my call from Wyoming, kept me from being scammed by some very unscrupulous con artists advertising fictitious horses in the area.

If I could give less then one star I would. When someone calls for help to end their animals suffering, to help them pass peaceful, is it too much to ask that the person you are asking for help from be kind?? Upon calling this place, I was met with a hostile person, a female, I won't put their name here as I feel they will know who I'm speaking about without me needing to embarrass them. Actually I think anyone that has dealt with you knows who you are. Case in point; the person, the amazingly kind person who did help our sweet old kitty pass, knew exactly who I was talking about when I told them the experience we had dealing with you. What a damn shame that you have a reputation for not being nice, especially in the line of work you are in. Losing a pet is already one of the hardest times that a family has to go through. But when you also have to make that decision to end your pets suffering, well it becomes even more difficult. I understand that you might have been "busy", but you picked this line of work, which I truly don't think fits you, but again I'm me and you're you. It isn't hard to be KIND. Especially when death of a pet is the topic. It's not hard to have empathy. It's so easy to listen and even pretend to care. For the benefit of the next people that contact you to help them, no matter if the animal is small, try and be nice. And if you don't want to help the small animals, then take it OFF your website that you do, because you aren't doing anyone any favors by having it listed and then acting like it's a chore to help those little guys. it's crazy that after the way you spoke to me you had the audacity to ask if you should put us on the books? Be nice. Take pride in the work that you do do, because I'm sure you are good at what you do. But your bedside manner is atrocious and besides crying from my beloved animal going to pass, you also made me cry because of how rude you chose to be. Be kind, because being kind is free and easy to do. In your line of work I would think you would want to be kind, and happy- you get to be around animals, who wouldn't be happy with this job? Just remember when someone is asking you for help, be nice. If someone is asking for help for their pet be even nicer. These are members of our families and we deserve better than what you offered yesterday. Wishing you better days and hopefully this note will reach inside your heart and help it grow 10 times.
