Fudge Factory Farm is a family favorite stop, especially during the holidays. The store is not too big and can feel crowded, but the staff inside is always super nice, friendly, and helpful. They offer samples if asked nicely. The place smells wonderful, with a great selection of fudge, chocolates, candies, homemade caramel, peanut brittle, and limited edition peanut butter cups. Many items, like the chocolates, sell out fast. The fudge sampler is perfect, and flavors like pumpkin and peanut butter are delicious. However, their hours can be inaccurate online, leading to disappointment. Also, a staff member outside by the mining activity was reported as extremely rude. The management inside is known to be apologetic and helpful in resolving issues. The business is only open seasonally, until the third week of December.
Giving this place 5 stars for the super nice and helpful staff inside. The lady outside by the mining activity however, was extremely rude and accused me of not paying for our mining activity. Not asking, just accusing. Staff and manager inside were very nice and refunded us and apologized.

This place smells sooooooo good! The peanut brittle was delicious. The fudge and candies look great. Next time I will buy more.

Need to be more on top of updating hours online. Was really wanting fudge, Google said they were open, but very disappointed that they weren't.
