“This review is for Angela Hurt, insurance agent at the placerville AAA. Angela did an excellent job helping me fix a gnarly situation with my billing. Long story short, she was the 5th or 6th call I had made to get my billing information straightened out (after being sent through a phone tree/AI of death a few times, getting 2 other live persons who then wanted to transfer me to a different department for membership vs. insurance - one time unsuccessfully, the second time successfully, but the person on the other end hung up on me after taking some of my info and didn't call me back). Once I got through to Angela, she didn't push me off to another line and just handled everything with me directly. When it became apparent something weird was going on with my account, the billing, and settings, she got my number to call back, worked it out with her billing group, and called me back with explicit instructions on what to expect, and also provided me her contact information. I am SO grateful for her help. She really went above and beyond what a typical employee would do, and definitely provided at least the same level of service and beyond of what I would have expected from AAA a decade or so ago.”
