I took my truck into the Kwik Serve on Placerville Drive in Placerville, went through the car wash as I've done at least a half a dozen times before, after my truck was washed, and I was going through the drying process the bay door on the exit side of the building came down on the roof of my truck. I told the manager on duty his name was Matt, all Matt did was show me a sign that said that they are not liable for any damage to vehicles. I get this, if you don't follow their instructions, but I did, and still have damage to the roof of my truck needless to say, I will not be back to quickserve, and I would not recommend anybody ever run their vehicles through the car wash.
