Went there today and asked Bryan to remove my gel I had on from a nail kit I used. He was so informative and helped me gain confidence in my nails again. Thank you Bryan for the perfectly natural looking manicure! Will be back for a fill soon :)

The man in there is not friendly at all at all. He did a horrible job on my nails. I'm only one week out. Yes you will have some growth on your nails. I have a lot of space between the nail and my cuticle. He just did not do a good job. They are not very friendly people and they give you a cheap service. A real quick hot stone. I've been to nail places. When they do the nail your nails. You get a hand massage. They don't do the hot wax the stones. They give you a real quick rub on your leg and you're done. Not a very good job at all on top of not very good bedside manner from either one of them, the man or the woman. I will not be going back. I guess you pay cheap to get cheap

Full set $38. Early July. They said come back in two weeks. Already had several chips in the gel polish. Different person did my nails. Ground the cuticle right off my pinky nail to the point of bleeding and scabbing over. Charged $38 for a fill. I didn't get anything fancy. No artwork just a fill and polish. Files and Dremels were not replaced before my nails were done from prior customers . When the technician was done with the acetone, I watched it poured back into the bottle. Doesn't appear that proper sterilization techniques are being used or followed in terms of protecting one customer from another customers issues. And the same price for a full set as a fill? I'm not going back.

I've been going to MC Nails for several years now and wouldn't think of switching nail salons. The salon is run by a husband and wife team and their professionalism and great customer service as well as the great pedicures and manicures I've gotten there keeps me coming back. BTW they have recently remodeled their salon recently with very nice and comfortable chairs as well as some really striking bowls.

I just came in after a long shift at work literally just wanted a nice relaxing pedicure. Definitely not what I got . When I first can in the owner was very short with me . Ask me for gel or color. Then told me to sit in seat 1 . I set there for 7 mins before he even started my water. Witch was cold . There where 2 other people in the Solon. So wasn't very busy . I see why now .... He moved very quickly with my pedicure. Didn't ask me what kind I wanted . Just gave me the lowest grade pedicure. I wanted a deluxe . Didn't cut my toenails or even get off all old polish. I had to ask him and Point it out. Needless to say I was treated very poorly and the customer service was no where to be found . I will not be returning.

If you want a 10 min pedicure come here, no callus removal or anything. They want you in and the chair and then right out. Rude and snappy. Feet feel the same as when I came in.. disappointing 0/10

Very bad experience. The person who was doing my manicure was watching movies on their phone and hardly paid attention to MY NAILS. I had large bubbles on the edges of all my nails. I went back 10 minutes later and asked for them to remove the gel and they said the bubbles were normal because I picked a wierd color. I even left a 10 dollar tip, and they were still as rude as can be.

I got to MC Nails today around 10:15. I wanted a dip, took a few minutes deciding what I wanted. Brian was fast, efficient, and clean. I am extremely happy with my nails, in every way. They are perfectly shaped, perfect scraping ability to scratch an itch, and pretty to look at. I literally got home by 11:30 and I live 13 miles uphill. Thank you MC Nails. You guy's are great!

I have been going to them for some time now and have been very satisfied. The only issue is pricing … they do offer a discount for paying with cash but the price has been different each time the last four visits for the same services. The latest increase was about 20% higher … not sure that I will be able to keep using them if this continues!Services: Pedicures

I went to this salon this afternoon, to get a pedicure. I was in a rush, so I elected to forgo the massage. From the moment I was seated, the technician was rude. I tried the normal pleasantries, to no avail, and based on the conversation I had overheard, the issue was not a language barrier. In addition to the rudeness, she should be ashamed of the service she provided. My toenails are a mess. They aren't even, buffed or filed. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out what the problem was, until it came time to pay. The service was $22. I was willing to pay the entire $22, even though (at my request) only half of the service was provided. I gave her two $20s, and when she returned my change, she watched as I put the remaining $18 in my wallet. She then arrogantly told me that I was no longer welcome in the salon. She said "we only make money off tips and if you aren't going to tip, you aren't welcome." She continued to say that I've been in there several times and didn't tip - news flash: I've only been there once, and it was pre-pandemic. I absolutely hate publicly denouncing a small local business, but I feel a responsibility to the community to encourage taking their business to worthy salons.Is it even legal to refuse service to someone because they might not leave a tip? If nothing else, it's ghastly business practice.

I had a good experience here. I got a pedicure and the lady was very nice. She finished very fast but did a good job. I got charged $22 because I paid cash (as advertised on the window and in the inside). This is the final product

I always love going to MC Nails, they are decently priced and the customer service is wonderful! Lisa is a very hard worker and she gets my ingrown toenails out in a jiffy! They are always so nice and do a very good job with pedicures and manicures! I recommend going to them to get your next Mani pedi! Make sure to bring cash for their cash discount!

I’ve been going here for many years. Had a mani and pedi yesterday and not one word was spoken to me except to direct me to lift a hand or go to another station. No hello or goodbye. There are way too many nail salons in el dorado county to put up with this rudeness. When I finished drying my nails I walked out as she continued to watched her podcast with her back facing me and yelled thank you as I left.Service: Manicures
