“The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome when you are renting a unit at this facility and they definitely let you know what's the best deal for the space you need. The driveways between units are kept very clean and the restroom on site is always the cleanest I've ever seen. Jennifer the office gal who has been there the longest has always done a fantastic job at addressing any problems or concerns I've had and her customer service skills exceed the expectations I have from people these days. I have had a unit or a couple units over the last 3 years with Placerville Self Storage and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I have several times. Good job Placerville Self Storage! You've got my business for as long as I need the extra space.”
