Service is horrible! Left us in the cold! I'm stuck with this company because the local propane companies are no longer accepting new customers. Their customer service is overseas and TDGAF. Their local main office are no help. Only had my cabin for two years and so far I'm not impressed. I've have anxiety from running out of propane

I thought the Driver was going to attack me or worse ! Be careful, I went to CVS on Latrobe road to get my wife a birthday card and went in my car to leave and started to back up and the America's truck pulled up behind me blocking 6 parking spots. They could have pulled up because there were no cars on either side of me or parked in a spot like the beer truck did but the driver was clearly pissed off at someone or possible mistakes me for someone on the road . I had to put my car back in park while they emptied the propane canisters in the outside locker and refilled them, I was stuck there for probably 10 minutes, the whole time the driver walked past my car back and forth to his truck swearing and growling at me. I didn't dare confront him because I figured he was probably going to shoot me or something, his helper stayed quiet and just did his job. If you encounter truck number 617033 be careful!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Promises made and broken repeatedly. Amerigas has failed to pick up its tank from my front yard for more than 2 months. Shameful!

Absolutely useless customer service and deliveries are often 7 days late or more.

They get you by using American based reps to sign you up for service. But your customer services agents are off shore. Can't understand a word they say. They can't answer questions. Can't transfer you to a supervisor. May as well call DC to ask Biden to personally deliver a propane refill. Would probably be easier

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. When I call the company I'm on hold for at least a half hour to an hour. Then they don't know how to do there job once they finally answer the phone. They claim there the cheapest LIES. Then they come out to service their tank that I lease and try to charge me for the service. Now they finally send me a bill and tell me to pay right now or there will be service interruptions. The bill I received doesn't even tell me how much propane they put in the tank nor does it say how much they are charging per gallon. The fee they have charged there saying it is a senior discount.

The absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with! Can't even talk to anybody other than a call center in the Philippines. They placed an underground tank on my property in an excavated hole that they directed, then billed me over $1000. The tank is not in accordance with the county and isn't approved and can't be used. I can't get them to pick the damn thing up. And they keep sending someone to fill it. Get this thing off of my property and give me my money back!! It's been since September and I still can't get anybody out here to get this illegally placed tank! Do not use this company!!!!! Get your tank!!!! Placerville, CA office

The WORST propane company in all of El Dorado County. We have run out of fuel in the winter multiple times while on auto fill, we have been over charged and the customer service is now routed out of the country!!! Nightmarish experiences.

BEWARE!THEY ARE CROOKS.I haven't had Amerigas propane for well over a year. I changed because they were too expensive and their customer service was HORRIBLE.After I cancelled, they abandoned their tank...for over a year--on our property. After finally picking it up a couple months ago, I started get bills for tank RENTAL!! (I've had 49er Propane door a while now and LOVE them.)I've written to them twice. I've tried to call, but refuse to wait 45 minutes to talk to them.My bill started at $60. Now with late charges, it's over $100.I hope they take me to court. I'll sue for tank storage!!

This propane service for years ensured my tank was never less than 30 percent of capacity. This weekend, our tank is empty. Must be time to find another propane service.

I have received bills with late charges added when there was nothing left by the driver and no bills received before the one with the late notice. Last year, the day before Thanksgiving, I ran out of propane. When I called to let them know, Dave or Steve or whoever the person in charge of repairs laughed heartily that they had me down as heat only when it was Northern who did the installation for my on demand hot water system, the only thing I use propane for. They merged with Triple A, a company I had been screwed by before and the service got even worse. And when they made their latest merger, tore down a new building so they build a huge one to replace it, they celebrated by giving us $35 off coupons and charging us $36 for not paying bills we hadn't been billed for.Whatever the current name of this company is, I would avoid them like HIV. They are absolutely horrible and seemingly getting even worse with every merger.

Was satisfied when I first signed up. Whoever the man was who always answered in dispatch was awesome! Not sure if he's still there. Something seems to have changed over the last year in the company. Unhappy with my more recent communications.

As you are aware, your company delivered propane to my property without my permission on 01/25/2013. I have always been on “will call” so I was quite surprised to see my tank filled without notification. I did have a message from your driver on my answering machine stating that he would be in the area and asking about a fill. However, I did not receive that message in time and the driver took it upon himself to enter my property and fill the propane tank to its maximum without my authorization.I had 30% left in my tank when the guy arrived. That amount of propane was sufficient for my property until spring. You should check my usage and confirm that I use relatively little propane.I now owe you $439.30 which I have not budgeted for. I called your company to complain and was told that my account shows “auto-fill” service. For the past few years I have not been on “auto-fill”. Your drivers have always contacted me directly before delivery. Most recently, I have received 50 to 100 gallons at a time and only if I have authorized it first. When I was told the account was “auto-fill”, I felt like I was being lied to. No one apologized for the mix-up and I feel like your company just does not give a damn… THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.The service I have experienced up to this point has been excellent and over the years I have promoted your service to lots of folks throughout the county. I am a real estate appraiser and meet with many homeowners. That free promotion has effectively ended due to your cold and disinterested concern for my complaint.Thank you for nothing!
