The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome when you are renting a unit at this facility and they definitely let you know what's the best deal for the space you need. The driveways between units are kept very clean and the restroom on site is always the cleanest I've ever seen. Jennifer the office gal who has been there the longest has always done a fantastic job at addressing any problems or concerns I've had and her customer service skills exceed the expectations I have from people these days. I have had a unit or a couple units over the last 3 years with Placerville Self Storage and I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I have several times. Good job Placerville Self Storage! You've got my business for as long as I need the extra space.

After selling our family home and downsizing considerably, I moved my belongings into Placerville Self Storage with the goal of getting everything consolidated or dispatched by the end of summer. The facility is conveniently located in Placerville, it is well kept and attended by very nice and genuinely helpful staff. Big shout out to property manager, Jennifer, who helped me when my storage door went off the track and I couldn’t get it closed. She had the problem resolved quickly and was very kind. Mission accomplished and I beat my self imposed deadline with a little bit of summer to spare. I highly recommend this facility not because it is physically very different than any others, but because the staff sets it apart from others I have used in the past.

I haven't had a positive experience with this place since the new management started. There has been stealing happening. The first time it happened I did nothing. However the second time I went to the manager and thought I was being cool about it. The manager was rude and uncooperative with me. Then when I said that it's her job to deal with this or I would have her job. She locked me out of the office and now I've been evicted. Without any help from her whatsoever. So I get my stuff taken and I have no other recourse? Not a good way to do business. I've been a customer with this place for 15 years. The new manager is horrible to say the least. Worst manager in the last 10 years. Never had any problems until she moved in. I would not recommend putting anything here.

Rented a storage unit a couple weeks ago, and it couldn’t have been easier. Got the unit I wanted at a reasonable price! Facility is clean and secure

$ keep going up It's ridiculous. My payments have increased by 50% in less than 2 years. I don't plan on staying here much longer. Wouldn't recommend going here. I've seen better places. On and you will be taking a chance on having rats in your stuff as well fyi.
