My experience with this location was phenomenal. I was lucky enough to book my appt on the day the phlebotomist who is skilled at drawing from the back of the hand, was working. He was kind, friendly and skilled, making my appt flawless. The contactless check-in from my phone was nice and I was seen within minutes. It's nice knowing this location is there and staffed well.

I had a great experience and the staff was the best. I cannot say enough good things. FYI - I had a scheduled appointment and was called in early…it was great!

I don't remember their names, but both the technicians who work in the Placerville office are amazing! They actually had me cracking up, laughing when I went in this last time. And that's hard to do because getting my blood drawn is my least favorite thing in the world! Love those two.

My phlebotomist was professinal and was able to collect my blood even though I was severely dehydrated. I have deep rolling veins.
He was experienced, friendly and he did have too turn me into a pin cushion.

Appreciate ONLINE appt scheduling! I have exclusively used quest in Placerville since moving to Pollock Pines in 2017. I've never had to wait.

Not very customer oriented. Since there's no one at front desk, the blind woman that came in couldn't use the kiosk to check in, nor did she have an appt since she isn't able to make one online. I called back for assistance for her and someone gruffly called back that "someone will be with you in a moment". The person who finally came out was rather short/terse with her. That same person did my draw and barely sanitized the stick point, waited only a couple seconds, then WAVED HIS HAND OVER IT to try to dry the area. Yikes.

My whole family uses this quest all the time my son and myself go at least once a month and we love this quest location and their staff is top notch ? Kind, helpful, gentle and they run on time even a few minutes early we love them and won't go anywhere else if we have the choice

Don't trust these people with your appointment. I made mine and confermed it.they not only never called me . They hide in a corner from the lobby so you can't see them or talk to them When they call next patient. totally Rigged !

I'm basing my review on how Quest Diagnostics compares to the other alternative labs in my area. The other lab is faster and opens earlier, which are the two major reasons for my 4-star review and not a 5-star. I will say that they have never messed up a lab, and all of my philobotanists were good at their jobs. Quest is very professional and clean, too.

I do not like that everything has to be done online or by phone menus. You cannot reach a human by phone. I even submitted a question several days in advance, and got no response which was frustrating. Give me a human!
