Listed my home with Janet Howard. She seemed nice and knowledgeable in the beginning. In the end she was arrogant, disrespectful, inconsiderate and rude. I did not ask her to do any staging, she insisted, and she used a kleenex box, palm candle and a piece of art that had a puncture mark in it to stage my home. She also brought half dead plants for my front porch and left them there indefinitely for me to take care of for her. She literally put in the minimum amount of effort to sell my home. Super disappointed in my experience with this agency.

Michelle Park is a fabulous agent there. She put in a lot of time and effort, showed me several properties across multiple visits to the area, closely matching what I was looking for. Provided super quick and high-priority service, guided me through my offers on 2 homes, then she and her office kept in sync through escrow which we successfully closed purchase on my dream home last week. As I bought a ranch and don't have my riding mower yet, she even surprised me with a free visit from a landscaper to mow it down as I was moving in. Always punctual, responsive, great information and connected to the best resources. I highly recommend!

Great service!! We have known Jim Aldrich for over 20 years we have completed a couple of transactions with him all went very smoothly. And June is not afraid to go out and brave the elements to look at property whether it's rain or snow he is happy to get out there with you and find the property that's just right for you. I have to admit we did try another realtor we did try another realtor and we ended up going back to Jim. We are lifetime customers of Jim Aldrich and very happy about that.
