Disappointing and Unprofessional Service!
As a healthcare professional, I expect timely and reliable service when working with pharmacies to ensure the best care for my patients. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this Rite-Aid pharmacy was frustrating and disappointing.
I attempted to call in a medication clarification for a patient, but was unable to reach anyone at the pharmacy despite multiple attempts. The phone lines were either busy or went unanswered for extended periods of time. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency often involved in patient care.
As a nurse, it’s essential for me to have clear communication and prompt service from pharmacies to ensure that prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. The lack of availability and poor communication in this instance delayed patient care and caused unnecessary stress.
I expect a higher level of professionalism and reliability. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure that healthcare providers and patients can rely on your services moving forward.

Learn how to restock. Why has it been SEVERAL MONTHS of empty shelves. At this point, it’s a genuine joke. Also…. Toilet paper in the bathroom? Let’s go ahead and place it there. Please. Basic retail. Don’t even bother stopping by.

Never been to a store where almost everytime you ask for help, or are wanting ice cream they have an attitude towards their customers. Sorry I asked for service with an item YOU sell! Last time I shop there. Has happened WAY too many times. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but, this store is just ridiculous! Not many of these stores left. Their management might be a big part of that...

Really nice pharmacy staff overall . They were extremely helpful in contacting the doctors that neglected to send in my prescriptions. Only, exception for the old lady with white hair was being a mean bully Karen.

Assistant manager has issues. Yelling and cursing at customers is not ok.
Floor staff needs to stay on top of their depression medication. Your bitter attitudes and discrimination towards children wanting icecream is noticed by the whole town. If you don't like customer service, find another job not requiring it.

Went to take my daughter's to get a scoop of ice cream from this location.Today i was met with rude and Disrespect customer service by the two ladies working at the counter Marilyn and Jackie do not belong in customer service. I will never shop here again.

I called in at 8 am for meds. Auto attendant says your prescription will be ready by 1145. Meds not ready at 11:55. They tell it's been busy and the auto attendant gives out wrong info. I have been using rite aid on Fair Lane for 20 years and have never had an issue. Been here for 2 months and nothing but pain in the ass.

dealing with this Pharmacy for 7 and 1/2 hrs. for prescriptions is ridiculous. Lack of communication between Dr and pharmacy is terrible not to mention the rude attitude from the staff. Comple non professional. Now waiting 1 1/2 to fill a prescription Thats supposed to be ready. So done with this place.

This rite aid absolutely refuses to serve the ice cream. I thought maybe it was because they were short staffed or something the last few times I've tried... but I just went in and there was absolutely nobody in the store and the lady at the register was on her phone but told me they were not serving ice. This has happened every single time ive gone in for the last 6 months..... what's the point of having ice cream if your employees refuse to serve it.
