My wife and I frequent this Ross location and have never ran into an issue. Recently, during a busy rush, the manager went out of her way to help my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. Nichole was knowledgeable and demonstrated impeccable customer service. I hope she is working every time we return from now on!

I was recently at this location and it happened to be incredibly busy. The manager on duty, Nichole, went out of her way to be extra helpful. She not only assisted me and other customers, but was supportive of her colleagues as well. I highly recommend shopping at the Placerville Ross.

The line was really long with only one cashier. Gizelle handled it extremely well though, when the customer in front of me asked where the manager was Gizelle responded that he was on lunch. Whenever my job gets busy we come back to help our coworkers, especially as a manager. I understand lunches are needed but you should not let your employee handle the rush alone. Or maybe hire more people??

The new layout is terrible to follow and they are lacking a lot of the good stuff they used to have. They always have 1 cashier open with a mile long line and they couldn’t care less. The manager was on his phone while people waited. Idk why I’ve come here twice in a row, both times with the same issue. Definitely going to TJ maxx instead.

I had such a good experience with the help of Cheyenne. She helped me find exactly what I needed. It was obvious that they were short handed and Cheyenne handled the line of customers with ease. What a smart and talented young lady! I hope her hard work and outstanding customer service is recognized. Thank you to Cheyenne for an amazing experience.!

If i could give zerooo stars i would! Today 8/6/22 2pm. Whoever the chick is on the fitting room- get a new job. Ross is not a courthouse. Daughter and I places our items on the rack to go into the fitting room- the lady counts it says 7. We tell her its 8 items because we dont want her telling us something later. And i had 2 items. As we enter the fitting room it is HOT, i mean no air at all not just no ac NO AIR! I get done with my stuff and my daughter hands me 4 of her items to hold while she finishes. Well i go towards the crazy fitting room lady to hand her MY 2 items and my 2 tag- and i start walking towards my daughter infront of her fitting room- the fitting room lady starts yelling " i cant let you in there with that stuff" i go " this is my daughters stuff just holding it cause its hot as hell in there shes sweating just trying stuff on!" She goes " well i have to give you a NUMBER!" So she hands me a # ZERO. lol. I laughed so hard. Told my daughter to stop and not try anything on anymore. Came out gave all the crap to the crazy lady and left the store. I forgot to mention she knocked on a door while a girl was trying stuff on and said " everything okay in there cause i haven't heard or seen you come out". What is this , prison? Who talks to customers like that! I came to shop in peace and air conditioning not to have a fitting room lady annoy us. Never coming to this location again.

I love this ross. They have the best stuff and I always find that I'm looking for. Clothes, bedding, blankets, they have the best blankets. They have lots of cool toys, shoes, snacks and goodies. I get my pillows, towels and linens here too. The gal that checked us out tonight was super helpful and nice. We really appreciated her kindness. Thank you!
