It' seems to always be broken down even out of money at the times u need it most.. why can't we get a real bank branch up here soon if not I may change to golden one atleast there's a branch up here even along with chase.. real banks real people not just a machine..

You literally can't get anything done right with them. There're always some strings attached that excuses them for non doing what everybody else does effortlessly.
