The receptionist does such a great job of screening patients that they block you from making an appointment. I don't know how the doctors are. Maybe they are great? I may never know. I was hoping to see the osteopath, I guess not. Btw this is supposed to be the office that my insurance is assigned to. It's sad and a disservice to the people of this community. Especially when they can't go elsewhere.

Terrible service, horrible disgruntled doctors, box check type system. They have problems keeping good doctors. A big turnaround of different workers all the time, very unorganized. Cherry picking patients, abandoned some patients. Unsafe conditions. Refused to treat and diagnose. Late filling meds. they're worried about is how many pain medications you're taking as far as pain meds go, I was treated like a fool. They treat you like an inmate .they make you pee in a cup. They scare the bejesus out of me. I'll never go back.

Hands down the best medical and dental care I have ever received. New MD’s are very compassionate and qualified. Beautiful new center in Placerville with on-site Quest lab. Pharmacy soon and new eye center for eye checks and glasses which is a plus, I am a senior and don’t want to drive too far.

Whenever I call, there is always some kind of issue with these people. It's a 20 minute wait on hold every time I call.Constant headaches. Constant issues. I've been left waiting in the waiting room for ages on more than one occasion. Yet they expect you to show up 15 minutes early. No apologies. The providers themselves have complained to me personally about how they don't like the way they do things there. They are constantly quitting and patients have to start with someone new. They moved to a new location, but don't let this fool you. This is a clinic. Meaning it's one of those low-class places that poor people are shoved off to.Do yourself a favor and go to a real professional Doctor's office instead.

Alejandra is completely disrespectful and incompetent and shouldn't be in 100000 feet of any recovering addict. When I asked for the name/spelling of the clinic (to make sure MY clinic was transferring paperwork to the correct address) Alejandra put me on hold TWICE for over fifteen minutes (when all I asked for was the NAME and SPELLING of the clinic) and when I called back, Alejandra said, "Jesus, F***** And huffed and puffed before giving me the info and then almost REFUSED to give me her employee name before HANGING UP a THIRD time. Thank God I'm further in recovery and know that it's just this clinic/idiot that isn't interested in doing their job or I may have given up on sobriety and thought ALL clinics were this way. Will be reporting both Alejandra and ElDorado to Jaco. I highly recommend firing the childlike, disrespectful incompetent idiot working the front desk. Judgement, disrespect and classism have NO place in a methadone clinic. Alejandra needs a reality check and to be FIRED. Nobody deserves to be treated this way, especially with the respect i gave her. luckily I recorded the call and will be making an official report, but imagine if I didn't!

My experience is that it a waste of time unless you have stocks in big pharmaceutical corporations and don't care about what they euphemistically advertise " health care." ?

I would give it one star if it was purely based on the doctor. Dr. Sadakia is BY FAR the worst doctor I've ever had. I'm 43, I grew up in a medical family, my grandmother was a doctor and my mother worked in medical offices with her so I feel like I've had a lot of experience around doctors and hospitals. Ive had an amazing doctor and mostly some average ones. This one was completely unacceptable. I've been suffering from severe chronic neck pain for several years now and I just finally got full coverage insurance so that I could get the MRI that my last doctor ordered for me but I couldn't afford at the time because of a lack of insurance. My first appointment I was treated very well by the nurses and the staff and made to feel right at home. Once the doctor entered the room that all went out the door. She was more interested in her computer than paying attention to me. She spoke to me like I was a crazy person or like I was there to seek drugs. Under no circumstances do I want drugs! I want my neck issues RESOLVED not medicated. After I try and quickly explain to her what my issues were and when they started she paused looked at me and asked me if I ppl tell me I talk too fast and do I tend to spend too much money. Like... what?? I'm here for chronic neck pain not for a psychological evaluation. Then after I tell her that I cannot sleep because when I lay down my neck hurts so bad I can barely take it, it feels like someone poured hot liquid down my arms half the time my hands and my feet and hands often go numb... she asked me if I had been taking 200 mg of Advil and using hot compresses and ice m...I'm way past hot compresses Advil and ice... no matter what I say I'm completely unable to get her to order me an MRI which my full coverage PPO insurance only requires her to call it in and nothing more. Instead she orders an x-ray and a CAT scan, when I arrive at the CAT scan lab the technician literally looks at me and says there is no reason for you to be here for a CAT scan you need an MRI.... Um yup! After getting a CAT scan and x ray they notify me that nothing showed up because of course I'm really too young for any bone issues. Still won't order an mri. I make a third appointment and go in and im put on a medication that only makes me drowsy and does nothing for the pain. Then, most recently on a Tele call I'm asked if I've had my blood work done and that that was what this appointment is for. Blood work??! I don't care about bloodwork! I'm here to get an MRI so that I can get treatment for my neck for the 15th time! At no point does she seem to listen to me engage with me or talk to me like I'm a human being, I'm just another file in the computer. I would say she is exactly what is wrong with the American medical system doctors who are so lacking an empathy depth and personality and have absolutely no interest in the human being sitting in front of them they are simply going through the measures like I'm a broken down car. And to be honest if I was a broken down car I would've probably gotten the part fixed sooner.

What an awful experience. Tried to take part in the drive up covid vaccine clinic that we were referred to by Marshall. Got there an hour and a half before it was over, and was told I should have made an appointment. I tried to explain that there is no way to make an appointment on "my turn", and the clinic was listed as a walk in clinic only. When I tried to show the gal (who was wearing a see through MESH mask....in a healthcare setting?!) that no appointments showed up on my turn, she told me she didn't have time for me. When I asked her name, she stated she was a supervisor. WOW. Incredibly rude treatment by staff that work here.
