They gave me 3 "free" SyncUP Trackers that I have never used and am being charged $8/month. They would not take them back and said that when I do return them through customer service, I will have to pay $105. Utter BS. Avoid these crooks.

Very much feel that the in-store folks misrepresented a number of key details when we switched to T-Mobile from Verizon. Thankfully the corporate T-Mobile customer service representative was able to straighten things out and get us back to the monthly payment that the in-store T-Mobile representative had said we’d pay.

Sofi was extremely helpful. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable on the Business Phone Plan Offerings. I was at the store for 2 hours and she made it feel like 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend her to receive a raise in compensation.

Don't expect fast service. We went in for a phone. Told the salesman 5 times that's all we wanted but he kept trying to sell us more. I complained to the manager who was hiding in the back and he told me to leave. Ok. No business for them today.

Stay away from this store if you can, they do funny math in the store they show one price on the wall and then they try to charge you a different price claiming that it's what their system shows, so after wasting almost an hour in the store, we just left.

Rude sales people. Ruder management. I was prepared to buy an iPhone outright, but walked out after waiting fifteen minutes and spending five minutes with the salespeople. We were also going to add home internet service in addition to the upgrade. Not anymore. After ten years with T-Mobile, it's time for a new provider.

dont do it the manager was kind of a dick. i knew the price for a phone he claimed it was $10 higher so he could get a "fee". they say $25 start up but thats based on four lines! what a joke. they must be doing well cuz the manager looked like he was doing a lot of lunches at mcdonalds next door. i found him dismissive, arrogant, and generally not friendly. i was in and out there in 15 minutes. save yourself the time. richard kalles

Walked in and was helped by the Fabulous Vanessa. She was helpful and knowledgeable (I needed to upgrade my cell phone). I was extremely happy and impressed with her smooth and flawless customer service skills. Due to the negative bad reviews on Yelp at this location I was hesitant but was appreciative of the customer service I received. Best advice is if you are in a bad mood, in a hurry or impatient stay home (smaller store and shortage of great help) because they offer great customer service and a POSITIVE VIBE.

I would like to say that Emily is the best customer service representative in all of T-mobile. I drove from the Rocklin area to Placerville after my current stores customer service was way below par. Emily who used to work at my local store greeted me with a smile and took care of the list of changes I needed to do to my account. I will agree something on T-mobile has changed since the merger with Sprint and good customer service is hard to find. That is why I traveled over an hour to see Emily at the Placerville store. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Emily

Please stick to your posted hours and don't close 20 minutes early! I needed to transfer 6 lines but could not at least start the process this evening. I called the store and your employee instead of providing a viable solution such as scheduling time to return he decided to hang up on me. Not sure what to do!

I’m a little confused why this store exists in Placerville when they are not equipped by knowledge of the staff (nor a desire to work as seen by one clearly avoiding assistance and seemingly annoying that shocker, we were there to buy and activate a new phone) or actual equipment to serve customers. I’ve been a Sprint customer for 10+ years and extremely disappointed they merged with T-Mobile after experiencing the hour and a half debacle of today only to walk out not having a phone to the additional line that was just added. I have never had one single issue until this merger occurred. And given that customer support spent an hour being super helpful, my only conclusion is that the management at this particular store needs to step it up.

After waiting for 20 minutes for the young man working the counter to finish with a customer, another gentleman walked right in and the young man at the counter told me to wait while he let the gentleman that just came to pay his bill. to say the least I was not very nice, but then again I've never been treated that way before either.The young man his name either being Ricky or Nicky, said well it'll only be a minute he just wants to pay a bill. And I said all I wanted to do was ask a question. if he had spoken to me while I was waiting he would've known that. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. That young man needs to learn how to treat people.
