I've been taking my 2017 Gmc Denali to Thompsons Gmc since I purchased it
I would rate this location very high for service
Recently I needed new tires, checking all the local tire companies I decided to go with Thompsons
The price was very competitive and my service rider Chris found the perfect tires Goodyear wrangler all terrain adventure Kevlar
With the tire rebate it was an excellent choice and they included alignment with the purchase.

It’s with a heavy heart I write this as I have had my vehicles serviced at Thompson’s for over a decade. Lately the quality has declined. I was told an hour for a repair today and it ended up at 2 1/2 hours. No apologies or concession. I only give this 2 stars because the repair was done correctly. I also had an issue covered under warranty which they claimed to have fixed before but needed attention again. On that note, their new service consultant needs some lessons on bedside manner. I shall not use his name here. He inferred I had done something to cause the malfunction. All I wanted was for my pickup to be correctly repaired. I don’t need veiled accusations. When my vehicle was finally done there was no explanation or even a bit of concern. You can do better than this Thompson’s especially in light of a longtime customer who has purchased multiple vehicles from you. I am very disappointed.

I purchased my vehicle from Thompson GMC just a few days ago. Sales (Garrett Fees) I would recommend. From answering questions, test drives, to ordering, Garrett made the process simple. When a similar vehicle to the one I had ordered showed up from a dealer trade, I was Garrett’s first call. The purchase process was simple. Garrett was able to get me a fair trade for my other vehicle. All in all I would say it was a pleasurable experience.

Rob made the truck buying experience as painless as possible at Thompson’s GMC. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. When we reached a deal, the whole team worked to streamline the paperwork so we could get on with our day in our new truck. Great experience!

The service provided throughout this dealership was beyond outstanding. They provided world class service and Kris who worked with my wife and I was so impressive throughout the entire process of our purchase and he was very helpful and guided us step by step throughout the entire car buying experience and everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was exemplary. Very family oriented and they provided water and snacks and were so nice and we will most certainly come back and do business there and we drove over 3hrs but the trip was worth it especially meeting Kris that guy rocks.

Came back here for my 1st oil change and tire rotation as well as a service bulletin on the infotainment system. I also had a quiet sqeak at 37mph-42mph that was solved after tire rotation. Service advisors treat every customer like family. I would definitely recommend taking your truck here. They had me in and out in about an hour. They provided Starbucks coffe, sodas and snacks. There is a shuttle and places to eat nearby if you want to wait.

I have purchased many trucks from these guys and always had a great experience. Johnathon Carr the Sales Rep was very friendly and professional. He sold both my Brother in law and myself two GMC2500HD's at the same time. Jesse Layton the General Manager also is great. Steven Verrone was my Finance guy , also very polite and professional. Highly recommend this dealership. The free soda and popcorn are nice the the bottles of Wine are the best!
