I've been to the post office 4 times to pick up my package, they keep telling me it's not there then today I got another pink slip saying to come pick it up! This is not the first time. Not sure why they can't find packages in the back but can you guys organize it better or actually deliver the packages! Please

They frequently don't deliver our mail and then send us a notification that they couldn't access our driveway. This is lie because they don't want to admit they aren't capable of doing their jobs. USPS needs to be closed and the mail given to UPS and FEdex.

This Post Office is one of my favorites. I love the staff there. They are universally nice to all, even though they are heavily burdened at times.

I’m done with this place. Got a notification that my package wasn’t delivered because there wasn’t anyone home to sign when in fact we were home. They didn’t leave a slip at the front door rather they left the slip in our mailbox with “Amazon doesn’t pay us for signatures” written on it. How the F is that my problem. Your job is to deliver my package.

The staff there are nice, but if you are looking at getting a passport, they DO NOT accept walk-ins, even though they have walk-in hours most days from 9-10 am listed on their website. You have to schedule an appointment or go into the post office to sign up for a walk-in appointment. It can be very frustrating. :(

The southeast Asian woman (Indian) who assisted me at the Placerville post office was kind, patient and helpful. There was a very long line of customers with only two clerks. Both clerks were handling the crowd with speed and kindness.

Terrible delivery, packages not delivered and no attempted delivery notices. Packages can't be located at post office. Routinely get mail for other addresses in my box. I don't have anything positive to say about this p.o. I try too use the diamond springs one whenever possible, they are great.

Never dealt with a more incompetent government agency or business. Their repeated failure to do their job and extremely poor to no customer service makes it impossible to do anything. I literally can’t ship packages to my home. Carriers just won’t delivery and make up BS excuses all of time. And despite formal complaints from me (and neighbors who have the same issues) packages aren’t delivered and the office won’t help when you call.

We are constantly having delivery problems. Complaints go nowhere. Uou never know if you are going to receive your packages.
