DJ was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help me with my iphone and I needed to purchase a new phone due to the failure of my iPhone 11 Pro. He made it pleasurable and painless. I had a ‘not so good’ experience at a different Verizon, but he assured me that he strives to set up the new phone, so there are no complications in the future.

My husband went into store to buy two Samsung chargers. The guy told him it would cost $180. My husband told him he was out of his mind and the guy said he could give him a discount. My husband left. Completely crazy, how can you justify that? The chargers cost about $20 each when I pulled them up on tje Verizon wireless website.
