I will never shop here ever again after the experience I had returning shoes with no receipt! A pair of shoes for crews that I wore 5 1/2 hours, and they felt like I was wearing a pair of bricks! My manager assured me that Walmart would accept them back.At Walmart in Placerville, the cashier was rude and did not answer me when I asked if I could return my shoes without a receipt. I told her I only wore them 5 1/2 hours, and they hurt my feet.But she started to clean my shoes, taking out the soles and slapping them on the counter! She said they were dirty and the shoe department didn't like them that way! I asked to speak to a manager, and she looked around and said there wasn't one. After she cleaned my shoes, she asked me how much they were and I said I'm not sure but here is the tag and she said if they were more than $25 I could not return them. They were $32, and she said I'm not taking them back! I said I wanted to speak to a manager. She continued to berate me about my return, and I told her I had my card and she refused to take it. I said I wanted to talk to a manager and continued to drink her large size can of redbull and then when I said I'm not leaving until I talk to a manager she slammed the can of redbull down on the counter and then she walked away with it drinking with an angry tone.and it wasn't until I started taking pictures of my shoes that a women came over and asked me what I needed. I said I want to return my shoes but I had no receipt and she said she wasn't going to accept them without a receipt and then I said but I have my card and she said then yes I will accept them! She finally took my card and issued me a refund. I told her what happened, and she said she would watch the video. I will now be spending $100 a week somewhere else. People beware have a receipt!!!!!and also don't buy shoes for crews and FYI extremely rude people work here!!!!!

Ordered online; 4 of the same chair. Said available & must use online app to schedule pickup. Finally found the pickup parking spots (not obvious & not near giant "PICKUP" sign on building! Could you pls mark them better or more obvious? Walmart had none of the chairs instock and they substituted 1 different kind of chair. Not 4 of other kind of chair, just one chair! They can not amend or add orders in parking pickup lot. . So if I wanted 3 more chairs; I needed to go in to shop. 1 star is generous. I do not recommend. Nice worker that brought out 1 chair tho.

Store overall is good well stocked and clean but if you need help to get an item locked up they never come this has happened multiple times at this store after they page for customer service I wait and wait and wait I usually leave after 20min. of waiting.

Bought razor blades. On the shelf no problem. But the q-tips were locked up. $2.99 box of q-tips. Wow!

Joe has some of the worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. We tried to get a new phone today using one of the AT&T prepaid deals posted at the counter. He said they don't honor those prices and tried to turn us away.
