The secretary in the front was very friendly, attentive and helpful along with everybody else I met at the shop!! They even followed up the next day to make sure my car and everything was good!! & major love to Jessie! he did a great job checking my BMW for its pre-inspection, I even got a 6 page printout summary of everything! “Can’t rave about Ed Little Auto Service enough. Totally honest, accommodating and reasonably priced. After checking my car, Bob said i didn’t need to fix my radiator immediately and that i still had a few months - told me what to look for, etc. He was very comforting and assuring that but I chose to have it replaced then and there as I was afraid something would happen at an inopportune time. He answered all my questions and led me to someone who can handle my weatherstripping. As a surprise, my car was ready hours before anticipated. I definitely recommend Ed Little all day, every day.
