Be prepared to be patient. This place is understaffed, with only one person working each day. You can’t completely rely on the posted hours online because if the person starts their lunch/break late then they’ll adjust the reopening time, which they post separately on a sign at the store (see pic).
Probably best to show up before any of the scheduled breaks.

Always an unpleasant experience with the woman who works here. She complains to anyone who listens that she’s late for her lunch break. She also always seems to be on break….she makes me feel bad for some reason or another every time I come in here. She also went off on me for not using enough tape and she had to “user her own she pays for so thanks a lot” I’m a nurse and if I talked to people that way she did I would be immediately fired. 0 stars.

The woman who works at this post office leaves whenever she feels like it, she does not abide by any kind of regular hours that are posted on the door, she takes her lunch whenever she wants, she comes back whenever she wants and coming to this office is always hit or miss, 50% chance she’s there, 50% chance she’s not, doing regular office hours. I’ve never seen more inconsistent postal workers In my entire life and in any of the previous locations/city/states I’ve lived in. Unbelievable. I’d give her zero stars if I could. Anyone that dares to give her this information, she’s incredibly rude to. She gets defensive and acts like she sticks to regular office hours. Maybe she’s delusional

I went in to renew my passport at 10am, finished and left by 10:10am.
You may need to be flexible with your timing though as there’s only 1 person working there who needs to take breaks for lunch and stuff. If you end up needing to wait, Cafe Milan next door is great! Or you can hang out at the beach for a bit.

This post office is terrible. I got there at 9:30 and nobody was working. I called the 800 number, waited 40 minutes for a human and they were useless. Someone from another office showed up at 10:30. She was super apologetic and very nice. Opening a tax-funded government office 1 1/2 hours late with no explanation is unacceptable. 0 STARS

I never write reviews but I had to for this USPS location. I can't believe the low ratings. I started coming to this location this year in the mornings to ship items I sell online every now and then, and it is my favorite post office, easily. The lady who works here is so wonderfully kind and helpful! The location is convenient with easy parking. I enjoy coming here, and I can't say that about most post offices. Thank you!

I had the misfortune of visiting this post office to update my passport, and let me tell you, it was an experience I won't soon forget - for all the wrong reasons. Firstly, the ambiance feels like stepping back into the 1970s, and not in a charming way. The decor is outdated, and the atmosphere is dreary.But the real kicker was the customer service, or lack thereof. The older woman behind the counter was not only rude but downright passive-aggressive. It was as if she took pleasure in making customers feel unwelcome and incompetent.To add insult to injury, when I left, I accidentally forgot my photos on the counter. As I turned back to retrieve them, the same woman erupted into a fit of yelling, claiming she was trying to go to lunch. Excuse me, but is it my fault that you have poor time management skills?Overall, my experience at this post office was nothing short of abysmal. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. If you value your sanity and basic human decency, steer clear of this establishment.

You definitely should come here when it’s not prime time— it’s a tiny store with 1 worker at a time. Charlene helped me this morning- there was only 1 person ahead of me, & Charlene was BEYOND helpful & patient, as I had many questions/requests sending out a mass amount of invitations. Again, if you come outside of the classic mid/late afternoon rush, I think you’ll pleased with the service & convenience of location/parking this site offers.

It’s 11:00 AM and they’re closed. It’s Wednesday. This place is somehow always closed outside of lunch hours? What’s up with this place ?
