Horrible service!!! And I'm a patient person but no excuse for letting me stand forever with not another customer in sight.!!!

Horrible customer service, no empathy. The same banker had me come twice back to present different documents to open a bank account, with absolutely no empathy, while I had to take time off work. I will not open a bank with Chase purely as a result of their service.

Horrible customer service. Had a few issues using my first republic ATM card and they could have cared less. I’ll be closing my accounts after the transition.
