For the sheer convenience of being able to order without worrying about delivery or convenience fees. This may be picky but my delivery person was appropriately dressed (I cannot abide ordering and the delivery person looks slovenly).

Have never used this service until tonight. Quicker than other delivery services I have used.

ChowNow provides a much better delivery service than all the others I have used. Some of the doordash and grubhub drivers take too long to deliver food because they're taking on way too many deliveries and don't follow delivery details
ChowNow drivers are very professional and make deliveries on time.
