Worst pharmacy ever. Prescriptions are never filled, always late, miscommunication, rude, just everything about this place is bad. Needs new management ASAP

Despite the many reviews I just read here, my experience has been great with the Pharmacy. I especially want to praise two managers in the Pharmacy, Haneen and John. They both have been very courteous and efficient and caring. They go out of their way to answer my many questions and make sure my meds are ready when I need them. Also one of the store managers is also terrific. His name is Jared. I am appreciative of these three people and I send my gratitude. Thank you.

Extremely rude customer service, just checking out and god forbid I didn’t hear them when they whispered next the first time, so employee proceeded to throw his hands up upset and scream “NEXT!!!”. I get you hate your job but don’t take it out on your customers it’s not that deep👍

Prescriptions are never filled at the expected time. Always a 30 min wait to pick up any prescription, even when you call ahead of time. Very long line during late afternoon hours.

This is the best CVS store in town! Fully stocked, nice employees, available manager greeting you as you enter, line moved quickly and 3 check out workers!! I love this CVS. No muss, no fuss. And also it’s very clean. You do have to deal with parking along with Whole Foods folks but I never have a problem.

I am not one to post a negative review and reserve public comments for praise but I have had such terrible service multiple times at the pharmacy at the Playa Vista CVS it’s unbelievable. In my latest conversation the pharmacist told me that they can’t pursue ordering my medicine because if it takes too long it will look bad on them and the manager tells them to cancel the order - I should call back in a week to see if they have it. If CVS is teaching their staff to manage to quotas rather than focusing on the customer it’s time to find a new pharmacy.

The CVS pharmacy in Playa Vista was my go to pharmacy as we live in the area. I spoke to Dr. Haneen, and she was completely unhelpful. She seemed busy, which I understand, but the irritation and annoyance in her tone and the indifference in finding any solution was disappointing By way of background, our doctor sent in a prescription for a medication to CVS for my 80 year old father who is currently out of the country and needs his meds sent to him. When I finally spoke to Dr. Haneen, she impatiently told me that she rejected the prescription (I.e., "the prescription was returned back to the doctor") because the medication wasn't currently in stock. She wouldn't give a time frame for when she would get the medication and refused to check if other CVS stores in the area had stock saying it isn't possible (even though other pharmacists have done so previously). I assume she and CVS don't care about keeping our business so we'll be changing pharmacies. While I understand pharmacists are under a lot of pressure, it really isn't that hard to treat people with respect, empathy, and a desire to help or explain. Dr. Haneen was none of those things. She was irritated, derogatory and just wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. I felt like I was burdening her by just asking a question. Sometimes, kindness goes a long way when explaining an issue. Perhaps, she needs a refresher on proper bedside manners, which includes listening to your patients and establishing trust.

Pharmacie opens at 9:00 a.m. which does not make inconvenient at all for people who work early.They should open at 8:00 at the very least.

they’ve always been rude and lazy but today i’m done. they CANCELLED a prescription i desperately need instead of transferring it out of town as i asked, AND then sent my insurance a bill as if I had picked it up there. so now insurance won’t pay for the real one since they paid for the cancelled one, and CVS hasnt picked up even one of my 35 calls to them. i’m desperate for this medication, cvs if you see this review PLEASE pick up your phone im begging you
