Customer service at this branch is terrible. Emails and voicemail are not returned. When do you get someone on the phone, they try to automatically transfer you to the 1-800 number, where you will sit on hold for over 45 mins; however staff will not give you the courtesy heads up that you are being transferred from their office, you will just realize when you have to go through the menu options again. I understand that there are not many options in CA now for home owner insurance, but I have purchased/hold two policies at this location, so I expect better customer service. Especially when one of the policies was opened days ago, and I never received the final paperwork. If the office is busy, from a customer perspective it would be appreciated if it was acknowledging that "we are busy please and give us a call tomorrow" or actually follow through on promised call back, because that has not been happening.

2nd time to use the Pleasant Hill Location for DMV business. It is excellent, parking is easy and the location is excellent. Daisy has helped us both times and she along with the other staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful. Mary Walnut Creek

Went into to AAA for personalized Insurance information in addition to recent phone conversations. Had a great experience with Gabriela. She was efficient with our time, knowledgable and knew what to do in order to make this a one stop deal. Was able to take care of DMV services as well and have the first of many 2025 registrations complete!

This is the second occasion that I have gone to AAA Pleasant Hill for DMV services and was completely misinformed and misdirected by a black young lady who works in the DMV section. During my last visit, she completely missed the fact that I had paid for my registration online and made me pay another 180$. Then, said I have to go figure it out at DMV, when I went to DMV and after hours of wait, I was told she made a mistake and I was double charged. During the last session in 2024, it was a similar case, I was trying to take my car off non-op and register it and had everything available (smog, insurance) and she charged me 144$ and then told me to come back in 3 days to have the registration suspension (15$) dropped by DMv, in order to get my tag. When I returned 5 days later, another person who helped me, said the system indicated that NEVER any attempt was made to remove it from non-op and asked for extra papers that I had to have, but never was given by the Young black lady. In conclusion, not only this personal take all the papers that I was supposed to have and were necessary for this registration, but never attempted to remove the car from non-op. It is a lack of management actions and leadership to still have this personnel to misguide and misdirect individuals when she is incompetent in the task that is currently active.

Absolutely the worst. Lets see first one employee put an insurance for the WRONG unit I have. He is no longer an employee there. The next rep they gave me was Alinzia somehow also messed up, she is no longer in that office. Generally awful service. Hoping their manager can do something right as It's seriously the worst service in 25 years of owning insurance.
