Today we got a gas from this station and the first time we pump there was no gas pump out it did not work but it charge us a few dollars. So my husband went to see the cashier to let her know what happened. The cashier does not have any customer service etiquette at all. Instead of listening to the situation she just yelled back that we did not insert the pump properly. If we didn’t it should have not charge a cent. She was horrible and rude. This was early in the morning. I always try not to have any interaction with the cashier s there as much as I can.

Best gas station to go to. The cashier who works evening shifts always greets me with a big smile. Outstanding customer service. The station is always clean and prompt. I will forever come here. Arco in Pleasant Hill is the place to go to.

The cashier working in the morning is constantly shouting at customer, the cashier working in the evening is constantly closing office wherever he goes. This gas station manager/owner gives the impression that she is living in pain, always sullen and unhappy. its time to go to another gas station not anymore Ar-co.

I love Arco because the stations always have paper towels and windshield washer utilities. They also have the best gas prices in the whole county and I will always go there.
