I went to this Bank of America financial Center today to make a purchase/order of exchange foreign currency. At the window, Jill was there helping me She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions. This is the best Band of America branch office I have ever been to! I used to go to B of A Moraga branch office, I had very bad experiences there and they lost my money from my CD account and I am still trying to get my money back. I really do not have much good feelings about B of A in general based on my past many years experiences dealing with B of A at the other branch offices. But today, I met Jilly at B of A Pleasant Hill branch office, she is so wonderful It made me think probably is not the problem of the bank itself, it could be the people I have been dealing with from the Bank of America. Thank you, Jill. both you and your branch manager (sorry I did not get your name) both of you are just wonderful.

This was the worst bank we have ever been to! From the "manager" to the "business account" employee, it was a shock to have them provide such horrible service. First and last time at this one. Wish we didn't have to give 1 star because it's actually -5 stars.

Today I went into the bank at 1:28 PM on Friday 4/28/2023 to get a cashiers check. There was absolutely no one in the windows as far as tellers and no workers in the lobby. A man comes around the corner with a briefcase and tells me all of the computer systems are down. I explain to him that I just need a cashiers check. He tells me to wait, next thing I know another girl comes out and asks me what I need. I told her I need a cashiers check. Thirdly, SENYA comes out and asked me for a third time. What do I need? I told her that I have been waiting for 15 minutes now to get a cashiers check and haven't been waited on. She told me let me go get my iPad and I'll get it. Asshe walks to put the key in the door she sees somebody. she pulls the key out of the door, walks over to the customer and explained to him that all the systems are down and they can't take transactions. Fine. senta walks a little bit closer to the door as if she's going to grab the iPad then turns around once again to the people that are already sitting down in the waiting area that have already been helped. (I saw that they were already helped waiting for Brian, a worker. She asked them for a second time if they've been helped, they explain to her. Yes, . she walks a little bit closer to the door again putting her fingers through her hair and turns around to go walk towards a third customer that came in and explained to him that the systems are down at this point it's been almost 20 minutes and I am wondering if she is ever going to come back to get the iPad so I walk up to the teller window, because finally a teller came up to the last window. I asked the teller if she can help me since Senia is just up there chatting with this same teller. The teller in the window told me she could not. This is when I said to Senia I have been waiting over 20 minutes for you. She turned around and looked at me and said like I said our systems are down and I need to get the iPad. I explain to her that she told me that 15 to 20 minutes ago, she started arguing with me and asking me if I want the cashiers check or not. I said yes that's what I came in for. I was hoping to get the cashiers check. After she was finished arguing with me, the lady finally had passed her the iPad and a man came back from behind the teller area And stood with her while I got my cashiers check. It is such a shame that it had to come to her arguing back-and-forth with me and her bantering and floating unprofessionally all over the place instead of doing what she said she was going to do. I am very disappointed with Senias service, and I'm even considering changing banks, because of how I was treated today. the unprofessionalism was extreme And her attitude and zero sense of urgency was appalling .

You know I was really really pulling for this branch since is well known as the worst B of A branch in PHill. I was hoping by Some magic miracle they would have taken a quick peek at the yelp comments from the community but someone's head is stuck in the sand. Hm management epic fail . The only saving grace for this bank is the amazing Kale !!!! Not only was her customer service on point , she offered everything the bank should offer to their clients. This lady needs a raise

Management clearly has no motivation to service clients who enter the branch. ZERO. In fact, the staff treats the customer as an annoyance. Two branches in the Clayton/Pleasant Hill area have such bad service; it boarders on bizarre.

This is an absolute joke of a bank, you have one lady just pushing paper work at a teller station, you can put her in the bank with the other employees who do absolutely nothing . When they die bring a second teller out , the first one takes a break ! And all the suits just smile while their is a line out the door , go to Walnut Creek Bank of America

Thank you so much to Brenda, Shirley, and the rest of the staff who stayed late on a Thursday afternoon to help me with a wire with a deadline. Their customer service was exceptional! I was given a short deadline to wire my money and didn't realize that you normally need an appointment for this kind of service at Bank of America. You can send wires online, but it was a large amount of money and I felt safer doing it in person. First, Brenda spent a long time trying to help me find an appointment in the area in the next few days. However, everything was booked for the next several days, despite looking at every local branch she could think of. Luckily, Shirley agreed to stay longer and help me send the wire that very evening. She was so patient and kind - just what I needed to calm my nerves. It wasn't their fault that I had to wire this money on short notice, or that I couldn't find an appointment time to do it later, or that I needed help getting it done correctly. But they seemed to genuinely care about helping me, so they made it their problem to sort out, and I will forever be grateful. Thank you again!

No merchant teller, closes at 4pm. Half the tellers glass blocked off. Save time and just go to another branch

Get ready for long lines/waits if you have to go inside. I have been in line several times now where I'm waiting sometimes 15-20min! Unacceptable.

Came in earlier today at 3pm to deposit a check for my mom... 7 people ahead of me.... Only 1 window open.... But there are 2 other employees behind the glass counting night deposits which was a priority over customer service..... A few of the customers ahead of me were seniors and they were joking about how they should've provided chairs for us while we wait.... After over 30 minutes... I was done and left.... 8 people were still in line and still only that same window was open for service... I couldn't use the ATM machine because it's not my account... If u are in a hurry... I suggest u go to another branch or better yet, switch to a different bank

This bank has the worst customer service. Went there to get a document notarized they said you need an appt. The notary (Solana) spelling can be wrong was in the phone for 15 mins despite telling us she had a scheduled appt. ahead of us. The time she spent laughing on the phone and the time we spent trying to schedule an appt. she had ample time to notarize our one sheet. Her so called scheduled appt never showed and she neglected to do our notary. The regular manager was not there so the lazy staff didn't want to work. We are 40 Plus years customers of B of A. Where is the customer service with B of A??
