I recently visited Chase, I was very disappointed that there was only one teller available and many people in line waiting. All the ATM machines were unavailable as well. I feel like they should be at least 2 to 3 tellers always available. It definitely was not a quick Bank stop trip as I expected.

Came to make a deposit had to wait in line for about 5 minutes or more ,all the ATMs were being used and there were only one teller available. They definitely should at least have two or three tellers at all times available.

Went to this Chase for name change assistance and they were all so friendly and helpful. Don't trust these other bad reviewers, they're probably just crappy people. I'd recommend this Chase to anyone.

This review and 5 stars are for Yousof. He took the time to see me when I didn't have an appointment. I had been trying to update my legal information for a week but their appointments didn't match my schedule and it was something that I needed to get done. He was extremely nice, and professional and took care of the things I needed. Overall an amazing experience with his service and with one of the tellers, unfortunately, I don't remember her name. I highly recommend Yousof if you need assistance with your accounts.

This Chase is never properly staffed. Always a long wait no matter what day or time I come. Last time I nicely asked the manager if anyone else was working after waiting 15 minutes and he rudely and aggressively snapped back at me, yes I'm working on it. He then came back later and tried to explain himself, but it was too late. I'm writing the review now!

Everytime I come here I get the run around these people never know what they are doing with the managed Brokrage accounts. 3 times I come a get garbage service. I see why they have 2.5 stars smh

I hate reviews like this! I just don't agree how this situation was handled I don't know how all chase banks are but I've had so many issues with the customer service line and the fact they wouldn't let me get a new card but was able to activate an old card which by now I don't want anything to do with this bank. I appreciate the manager doing that but I feel like I'm already done with this bank! I don't understand why I couldn't close my account when I asked. Then I'm told I have to wait 30 days for a new bank card. Just one that after another. Also the fact you guys wanted my number for my bank card from another bank which is not OK! Not sure if this is the right Yelp for the bank at the Pleasant Hill Plaza but if it is I agree with all of the other reviews on here. I hate writing bad reviews but I'm so effing done with this bank! I've called customer service I don't know how many times to get a NEW BANK CARD and they NEVER UPDATED MY ADDRESS TO MY CONCORD ADDRESS they had my old Pittsburg address in their system! When I called they said I had to wait 30 days for a NEW BANK CARD because they just updated my address the customer service line I called said this. So I come into this bank today and they didn't even have my NEW UPDATED ADDRESS! I told them I wanted to close out my bank with them then they give me a bull$@&) excuse saying I need to wait 24 hours since they just UPDATED MY ADDRESS. I said fine to give me my 2,500 I had left in my account he said he would give me a cashiers check I said no I would like the money in my account and that was fine if I can't close it out right now. He took my ID and card to a manager who looked into my account I had to enter my social security number for what? When I gave you my account number from a voided check my drivers license. She said we updated the drivers license?? Why it's the same one I've always used so why did you update my drivers license? Then she said I had to wait 24 hours to close the account.. Asked why I wanted to close my account out I told her because you guys won't give me my bank card saying I need to wait 30 days I had an old one with me and somehow she REACTIVATED that one they had me enter my PIN number.. but y'all sent my replacement card to my old address last year and didn't even have this one I had in my hand on record but somehow REACTIVATED a card that wasn't on my account? When I went to NY a couple years back and lost my card they were able to issue a new bank card right then and there but for some reason I had to wait 30 days. Then the lady says there was a card ordered on the 28th?? By who?? Then claimed they needed ANOTHER form of ID for me to withdrawl 2,500??? Really for two thousand and five hundred dollars?? I'm not even closing it I just wanted my damn money. They asked for another form of ID I gave them my other debt card for another bank I opened because of the BS with this bank. Then they claimed they needed my number for the other bank my debit card number FOR WHAT? I asked them to give my card back because it's not even a chase bank card so why did they need it. All of this over 2,500 that's all I have and needed that to put in the new bank I opened because of Chases BS! The first man that helped me told another teller something about interest and she said I wouldn't get that until 24 hours which I don't care because all I had in there again was 2,500. I don't know why you guys make it so difficult for me to close my account. Then they asked if there was any pending transactions YOU'RE LOOKING at my account wouldn't it say that?? It should say the last transaction was when I transferred 100 to my open a new account since chase wouldn't give me a new card but somehow you guys were able to activate the card that didn't work. So one teller sent me to the manager then to another teller to withdrawl 2,546.34 gave me a receipt but no balance because it should be a ZERO balance now. All of

FUCK THIS BANK. I was in there to conduct some business. My 3 year old child had to use the restroom. I asked them nicely if my child could. They said no and were very rude about it. I understand about COVID, but I was asking for a little compassion. My child really had to go. Long story short, my child ended up going on the floor, and was humiliated. I cleaned it up. And after the struggle and cleaning up I did, they manager offered for my child to use the restroom AFTER the fact. For what? It was too late by then. And why did you even bother offering it to me after the fact if it went against your rules? This branch is terrible. Customer service SUCKS!! Avoid this branch if you can.

I'm giving this branch a huge black mark! When things get tough out with the pandemic doesn't mean you can't continue to serve it's customers with accurate information. Never have a gotten a call back from a branch manager when I needed it. I gave all my information to get what I needed and was never contacted back ! Makes me really uneasy knowing that I can't get someone to contact me on this important matter. Account closed ASAP. I wouldn't trust anyone to call you back especially a manager.

Incorrect software incorrect mailing address the bank uses Post Officee Software not a address on the application mailed card wrong address bank failed to provide dates and address for first second cards sent never received failed to reply as promised no refund check received because that bank sent to wrong address again sent neww card right address but thE bank closed the card failed to mail refund check twice complaints filed at corporate headquarters if I had know Starbucks used Chase for their debit cards stole my money refused to refund for 120 days ! Please run from Chase their personnel never calls customers back because this bank steals customers money then refuse to refund!

Brandy Williams was absolutely amazing! I was having a terrible day and had to fetch a million documents for my home loan. Brandy made it very seem less and I was in and out within 20 minutes. This is why this branch is my go to branch when it comes to Chase! Thanks!

I work in the area and have been coming to this branch for years. Most of these other reviews are BS. They don't even have an "Asian guy in a suit" working there. All of the staff, from branch manager Brandy, the bankers and tellers are always super friendly and hardworking. They try to get people in line to use the ATM bc they're in line to get $40 when the ATM can give them up to $3000. I really appreciate their service and all of the nay sayers are being ridiculous. They always help me with a smile and I have all of my banking, loans and investments with them.

Inefficient and unacceptable at 935am on a weds morning when you are open for business to have ALL of your bankers in a meeting and unavailable to customers. Customers should be able to have access to your services durinf business hours. Your tellers are not allowed to do a simple name change with proper documentation. So please have someone available to customers during business. Some customers dont have the luxury of waiting and coming back multiple times, this is poor customer service. Have your meetings before or after business hours.
