I switched back to Verizon yesterday after being with AT&T for a little over a year. AT&T was a horrible experience from start to finish. Will never do that again. Augustine at the Verizon store was a dream come true he made the transition very easy even though it took two days to accomplish. AT&T made it very difficult. Augustine even set up my Verizon app on my phone. That was lovely. We also switched over our Internet off of AT&T to Verizon. This will be a new experience for us. I look forward to it. No more AT&T complications, drop calls, TV going out on a regular basis.

Obviously, the workers at this location are lazy showed up an hour before closing to get a charger and the doors were locked with employees sitting at the desk, looked up at me and went about his business on his phone

I have had bad service at 2 other Verizon stores. I had a wath that wouldn't pair and a phone that was hot. HAMID helped me with everything and I am good to go. He went out of his was and even programed the car for me. Wonderful excelet fabulous!

As a long time Verizon customer, went here twice to buy the latest iPhone. If I wasn’t an existing customer, I would never go to a Verizon store. It’s like going to a car dealership.During my first visit, was told that the data transfer from my existing iPhone to the new IPhone could take up to 3 hrs here and that they could only transfer what is in my iCloud storage (5 GB). After that, I would have to figure out how to transfer the rest my phone’s data (59GB) on my phone. And when there wasn’t going to be a sale with me, the clerk walked away from me!Well, that did not make any sense so I went over to the Apple Store in Broadway Plaza. There I was told I could buy a iPhone and do a phone to phone data transfer, which would take a minute per GB (or 1 hr), which I did.I returned to this Verizon store today to turn in my old phone. The same sales clerk approached me thinking I was going to buy a new phone/phone plan. Told him I was here to turn in the old phone to get my $415 phone credit and that I wanted to erase the data from the old phone.The clerk looked at my old phone. Asked what my phone number is and said that my phone has already started the process since the clerk could tell that this phone had gone through the “phone to phone transfer.” The clerk removed the silicone case and ripped off the screen protector. Started the final erase process. Told me I was going to get the $415 credit, said I would receive an email receipt, took my old phone and immediately walked away from me. The clerk left my old silicone iPhone case and cracked screen protector on the table (assuming I would take it away from me??). I said “where is the trash can?”Ok, this is weird and rude. What is the point of having a Verizon store? There is no service here. I couldn’t easily transfer ALL of my existing data to my new iPhone (Note: Verizon 800 customer service said it could cost up to $30 to transfer my data to my new phone and no guarantee that it could be done successfully! GO to an Apple Store it is free, pleasant, easy, and fast)Verizon sales clerks are just sale clerks. They here for the sale, to push and upsell plans. There is no customer service for the phones themselves, especially for existing customers who have cell phones that need to get their existing data to their new phones easily.

I went to the dealer to get a prepaid SIM card. After the transaction, I received my prepaid SIM card. However, due to my lack of attention during payment, an extra charge of $39.99 was taken as the cost of the service I did not realize I hadn't received, under the name "Set Up and Go Service Smartphone."Please be careful during the payment process after the transaction.They invoice for services they haven't provided and charge you extra.

I came in with a broken phone, total unexpected purchase and Ali was just awesome! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! Definitely changed the whole “cell store” and experience for us and we will only be going here.
