At the window, Jill was there helping me She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions. This is the best Band of America branch office I have ever been to! I used to go to B of A Moraga branch office, I had very bad experiences there and they lost my money from my CD account and I am still trying to get my money back. I really do not have much good feelings about B of A in general based on my past many years experiences dealing with B of A at the other branch offices. But today, I met Jilly at B of A Pleasant Hill branch office, she is so wonderful It made me think probably is not the problem of the bank itself, it could be the people I have been dealing with from the Bank of America. “This branch never disappoints, not like the Wells Fargo branch located nearby Kohl's. The tellers were all very accommodating and personable. I called to see if they were able to help me with my banking needs. When I arrived five minutes after calling the branch, they had my request awaiting.”
