Not for anyone who is not a professional hair personnel. I spent 20 minutes here before I tried to check out and they asked for my number to see if I was professional or in school. Then told me I couldn't buy anything without being one of those two. I get it but they should really say that much sooner. That is ridiculous!

I love the staff here. Both manager and assistant manager are friendly, informative and go above and beyond. Thank you to both Jens for making my job easier. The both of you are amazing .

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! this Cosmo prof location goes above and beyond to always help and assist anything I need. As a business owner sometimes I am limited on time and it really helps to have a great team there. The manager Jen is amazing she makes sure we know when sales are coming up. Being in the industry for 17 years this is the best customer service I've experienced with Cosmo! Thank you pleasant hill cosmo and all the staff you rock!

Not the store for anyone with curly hair. Product is all for straight hair. Friendly and suggested Target near by, but disappointed they had nothing. They should have something for all hair types.

This location is open at 8am. I showed up this morning at 8:01 to find the doors locked. I called multiple times with no answer. Myself and another car were parked waiting for a couple mins and after 15min I just left. Come on COSMOPROF be better

Great customer service. Call to ask about non license customers which they don't service but she help me find a place in my area since I'm knew put here. RHONDA the store manager was awesome. Googled things and made recommendations. Awesome customer service and kindness.

Awful! This store never has anything inStock. Ridiculous. Zero nail supplies. Tanning as well. Have not seen this store stocked since before covid. Covid has passed things have been open for awhile no more excuses. Especially when Salon Scentric 100% stocked always. I have been coming here for over 15 years. Never seen any of these employees. Looks like you are closing the store permanently.

I'm been doing hair 20 years and shopping at this company at several locations in three different states. Never have I ever seen such low inventory every time I go into that store they are out of sock. I can't tell you how many times I've walked in there for just a couple different things and walked out of there because they didn't have any of it.

I’ve been a customer for at least ten years and never had an issue before with the store. They always had knowledge employees working there, but after last year (pandemic) I think the store went down Hill. I don’t like shopping there anymore. The store seems empty. New people every time I go, prices are not right. Just not good overall. Salon centric Concord location is kind of far from me but I’m going to start buying my products online from them.

My mom has been buying her hair products from here for years. They have great service and often restock items. She highly recommends them for your beauty needs for those with a beauty license.
