The staff is highly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure renters have a positive experience. One customer rented a SUNFIRE SF80 Portable Radiant Heater to use at an outdoor party. The staff at the Pleasant Hill location, including Carlos, Devon, and Jimmy, provided excellent support - walking the customer through the heater's operation and troubleshooting when issues arose. Though the heater ended up being too loud for the party, the customer was impressed that Jimmy empathized and waived the rental fees. Another reviewer had a smooth, easy rental experience, though they noted the process could be sped up by having an additional staff member to assist customers. They praised the exceptional service provided by an employee named Vo. Awesome, I thought I needed a trailer at the last minute to help a friend get his motorcycle home. While they were helping me get the right hitch. I got a call that trailer not needed. I felt bad but they were gracious!!! Great people!!! I will be back!!! Thank you guys.
