They are never open when they say they are. They will close at different times everyday. I went in today during their open hours and they had their gate closed

The pharmacist there is very nice however the cashier leave a bit to be desired. My biggest issue is that on a Tuesday I requested a refill of 2 medications for bipolar. On that same Tuesday my doctor sent scripts to the CVS to refill these meds and the system shows they were received same day. Wednesday meds being process and Tuesday was my last dose. Thursday the online recording said the meds would ready by 6 pm. They were not. Today is Friday, I am slowing losing my mind, and the recording says my life saving, mental health saving meds are still in process. It is so very dangerous to go off mental health meds cold turkey. I want this documented somewhere because if I end up in the mental hospital I want my family to know who to take action again. I hate CVS!!!!!

They’ve always been helpful, patient and professional. This pharmacy, with home delivery, works well for me. Staff is overworked & underpaid IMO- still, they get the job done

This is not a review of all the staff or products, this is a specific review of the unkind behavior of one of the cashiers toward an elderly customer.The customer ahead of me had her items to buy on the conveyor belt, and informed the cashier that she did not want one of them. The employee raised her voice in exasperation, somehow upset, and the old lady customer apologized and went to put away the item themself. After returning to the line, the cashier continued to berate the customer for taking up time.This lack of empathy reflects poorly on the management of this location, I don't understand why this is accepted.

This pharmacy in the Pleasant Hill Target became much better after converting to a CVS. My customer service experience here is always top notch. I got my flu shot today and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. A particular thank you to Adrienne, the head pharmacist, who has taken care of me for a long time. Bravo!

I had the worst customer experience, the cashiers are so bettered and they seems to be in a hurry when they are helping you ... that's sad , if they don't like to work with customers they should go home !!!

I was such a fan of CVS!!! Until my husband went in the store yesterday at appx 9:00am to make a simple EXCHANGE with a RECEIPT! (Of a product that was purchased the night before). The rude, obvious incompetent cashier- actually CALLED the other store to verify purchase!!! She hesitated to exchange the product and when she did told him she would NOT give him a receipt nor return the original one!!! This is unacceptable!! What type of customer service was that!! Sounds racist too me!! And I prefer to give zero stars!! This should not be tolerated!! Will no longer shop CVS and will spread the word! Disappointed CVS!!!

Not too much to say... I've have prescriptions sent here twice since it is near my work ( and who doesn't love Target?!). Both times they did not have the drug and needed to order it for the next day. They were BOTH very common prescriptions and the generic to boot. The first time I went in their big window that locks up the pharmacy was broken so I had to talk over the merchandise to the pharmacist. Hopefully they fixed it by now.
