Overall, I have always found exactly what I was looking for there but not today. I was looking for a specific style and brand of shoe which I have seen online. They had the exact shoe in mens sizes but not women's. What does that mean. Now I will have to buy it without being able to try it on first.

My son wears a size 13. Famous footwear in Hayward did not have larger than size 12. Hands down. DSW always has his size I’m in multiple options. Thank you

I ordered shoes online and they emailed me nagging me to pick them up before they sent them back, so I drove 30 minutes each way to pick them up only to find out that only 1 pair out of 4 had arrived and now I have to make another trip.

I went to every store in the Livermore outlets and didn't find a single pair of shoes that fit me and was in a style I wanted. I came here and found them in 5 minutes, plus they were cheaper. Good shoe store.

Always has what I’m looking for except once, so they ordered my size online and I got it delivered free of charge two days later. Great and helpful staff, clean store, excellent selection. I like looking through their clearance section. Easy to find some great deals.

Since the DSW location in San Francisco has closed down, this location has been my go-to. One of the girls that works here, McKenna, always greets us with a smile on her face and even after coming here for such a long time, she always remembers my mom and I. She is always happy to help with anything we need and answers any questions we have. Unfortunately the other people that work here aren't so nice but thankfully McKenna makes up for it. If you come here just make sure to ask for her =)

Tried to buys some Nike running shoes for my daughter. Every pair of Nikes have security tags on them. Now as much as I believe in loss prevention, this store's policy, according to one of the employees, is to loop the security tag through the top eyelets of each shoe. This makes it impossible to even slip them on to see if they fit. There are no employees near the shoes, they all hover by the registers, which forces the prospective customer to walk all the way to the front with the shoe to have them remove the security tag just to see if they fit right. No thanks. It almost feels as though they don't want any business. Works great for us because we will never shop here again.

I bought a pair of little kids shoes toddler size 9 frozen light up shoes and they were great. Quick to get and purchase. That's what I like.
