I like coming here I’m so happy that people are very helpful when you need help. Unlike other store. They always have a smile on their face and is always welcome to give out a helping hand. Other FedEx stores are not usually like this either, so this FedEx is excellent

Good evening,
Santa has been instrumental with assisting me in getting pkg’s mailed and her excellent customer service in helping me w/making copies from my iPhone I desperately needed! Great Customer Service which is not so common these days! She helped me today on Weds., 4/23/25 at the FedEx in the Pleasant Hill location and I am so grateful to her🙏👍🏊♀️🐾

Paid these clowns to pack and ship some small parts. They literally just threw them into the bottom of a box and put some paper on top. Zero effort was made to wrap or separate the parts so they all clanked together and got dinged up.

I love this FedEx office! Everyone that works here is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have to go there regularly and it’s always a great experience! Highly recommend!

Lady pretends she doesn’t see me. Services multiple people before I start asking to be serviced out loud. Then proceeds to tell me that they can’t create a shipping label. Such incompetence is bizarre

I only use this FedEx for shipping and printing services for my small business and home life. They are seriously awesome! Every staff member is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They’ve helped me create beautiful business cards, service menus, gift cards and helped me locate lost packages or solve any shipping/delivery issues!
I don’t even live close to this location but I always make the drive because I know I’ll be in good hands here as opposed to other locations.

This is probably a random review, but I have been to this location a couple times. The staff has always been really really nice and helpful to me so I just want to share my review and thank the staff for all the amazing service have provided.

Just dropped off a package and they were so nice to help me print a label and took care of my 100+ LB item. Absolutely fantastic people appreciate you guys a lot!

I visited a Fedex location to drop off some packages, and the lady working there greeted me with a smile and assisted me with the processing. The place itself is well-maintained, clean, and organized. Plus, there's plenty of parking available.

Monday night april 1. Lady saw me pull up at 6:58p, walked up, and locked the door. I go to get in and print something quickly and she wouldn't unlock it, just shock her head at me. The sign says they closed at 7.

When mom called to make a complaint about bad service by an employee at this store, the manager, Sue Ann, called her a liar and tried to claim that the interaction my mom was complaining about never even happened.The people here barely even pretend to do their jobs. They're completely unwilling to provide the basic shipping services that you pay for and when you ask for help they will say whatever they think will get you out of their hair the fastest.

Very disappointing that FedEx no longer makes any effort to deliver business and government documents on time or to provide the most basic customer service. Priority Overnight service is meaningless, they just consistently change the delivery time to "end of day" and they call that "on time". I'm shopping for another company to deliver my business documents from now on.Update - when I tried to speak with the store manager about mishandling of our delivery she was rude and accused me of lying about having my assistant in her store asking for our envelope back so we could deliver it by other means. Further discussion with other FedEx staff members at a different location indicated that Pleasant Hill did not follow protocol when their driver didn't show up for work. They were supposed to have had another store employee (probably the manager) use a company vehicle to deliver shipments to the Pacheco ship center but, instead, they just let our important documents sit there for days and refused to give them back to us!

Very rude customer service. I walked in about 5 minutes before they were going to close and the first thing the fedex employee at the counter says to me is why did you come here, you should have gone to another store. The rest of the transaction was also handled in a very rude and hostile manner. What’s even worse is the box that I bought from FedEx to ship through FedEx was 14x14x14 in dimensions but the employee who was processing my shipment charged me for a 15x15x14 box. An official complaint was sent through the FedEx customer service. Highly recommend others to go to another FedEx store.
