Came to this store after going to Goodwill on Walnut Creek. Staff seemed a lot more cheerful and in positive attitude. The shoes not on display were separated from one another. Decent selection of items, located in a mini mart and parking can be difficult on weekends.

The guy taking donations was rude and told me I had to wait in line to drop off donations. All I wanted to do was leave a bag of items at the door. I didn’t need and assistance and I didn’t need to be treated rudely. Maybe there are better places to make donations.

I have been coming to this goodwill for years and years now. The prices have gotten extremely High now that it's not even worth me stopping here anymore! Very unfortunate. A used kids toy that is dirty and needs cleaning for $7.99 is absolutely rediculous. Turned into greedwill!

Prices became EXTREMELY HIGH!!! For example, saw a mini rice cooker with scratches on the Teflon pot priced at $20, and looked it up. Price new was 19.99! They intentionally overpriced Some salt and pepper shakers I asked about the price, others around it were $2 and they charged me $6 for the ones without a sticker! YOU ARE NOT A VINTAGE SHOP, AND EVERYTHING ISN'T VINTAGE OR WORTH VINTAGE PRICES! I was shopping here in the same building with no upgrade for over 30 yrs, your rent can't be that high!

Very bad customer service and do not respect their business hours. Arrived 10 minutes before closing but one of the employees decided that she had enough for the day and when informed it was not closing times, she was very rude and disrespectful. I would avoid this location in the future.

They take your stuff no questions asked.FYI no plushies, no pillows.Keep in mind that the receipt is optional, in case you ever want to save some paper. You have to fill in the value of the donation (honor system) yourself for tax purposes.

Please stop using clear cellophane tape ("packing tape") to keep items bundled together for sale. It takes alot of work and time to get the residue off and it must be removed utterly for things like cookware. Please use masking or painters tape for this purpose. Like the blue tape you see often. It is actually CHEAPER than the tape you are using, and is made not to leave residue.I have wasted hours of my mortal life scrubbing residue off items from this store. As far as goodwill's go this is a pretty good one. Reasonably clean, reasonably organized and methodical layout, staff are almost always friendly and that has been true for 5+ years.

This review is for every Goodwill store and their corrupt leaders. How on earth can one justify the constant price hike at Goodwill stores. Everything is off the roof and this supposed to be an organisation tending to the need of underprivileged in the society. How can a single mother of several kids afford anything at your stores? Your prices are even higher than Target and Ross. The corporate leaders that have no empathy and compassion keep lining their pockets and getting outrageous pay increase everytime. This organisation sucks and I think it is time for FTC to look closely into the atrocities going on. Most of the employees are rude and partly due to the low morale as they feel unappreciated by the Corporate. Shame on you.

The donating process at this location was one of the best we've ever had. We called in a few hours beforehand to make sure they were accepting donations as many locations have certain donation hours or are at capacity. When we arrived, we saw the designated donation area clearly marked and someone actually came out with a cart to help us bring things in. Super happy with the experience as it has been surprisingly difficult to find easy places to donate to. I can't speak to how the actual store is but I'll definitely be back to donate!

STOP DONATING TO THIS HORRIBLE CHAIN FIND YOUR LOCAL CHARITY THRIFT STORE DONATE THERE.. Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves. Absurd pricing. A sweater just a regular sweater none name brand $17.99. Every sports wear including Old Navy $10 even with holes.Just disturbing what a sham this company has become. Go to Ross get new stuff for cheaper. Shop at your lo al charity thrift shops.Goodwill needs to go down.

Seriously why is this goodwill insanely overpriced. The Salvation Army next door is less than half the price of basically everything here plus they have a wider selection of donations. Mens tshirts are $7 ... seriously. It only goes up from here. I can buy new clothes cheaper at the mall.
