Worst haircut I’ve ever had. A girl named Angel didn’t listen to anything I said on how I wanted it cut. I picked her out when I arrived only because she looked like she was doing a good job on the guy she was working on. But he was getting a very short cut that’s much easier to do. I know because I was a hair stylist when I was younger. I was trying to grow my hair out and asked for just a trim and she cut off way too much and even the sides were uneven and I had to ask her to even out the back which you could see was uneven too. I think she just doesn’t understand how to really layer or blend because she was just taking big sections and cutting not really caring at all. Maybe the other hair dressers were better, but I know you get what you pay. I will go back to Great Clips, but not this location.

This Great Clips location has restored my faith. The staff there are very good at haircuts and treat you right. This place, this place is great. highly recommended!!!

This is my go-to haircut place. I have Type 3A hair. I got bangs for the first time here and the stylist recommended to cut my hair to frame my face as well. My hair looks so cute and I love the bangs :) I love that their cuts are consistent and the wait time is usually short. I also like their hair wash service cause I like my hair to be washed for the cut!

My recommendation avoid the Asian ladies. They will practice on you and they have bad behavior.

The employee, Winnie gave my 12 years old son terrible haircut which doesn't look like the reference pictures he showed her and was much, much shorter. Now my son is wearing the hood all the time, even at school and at home becouse he is asahmed of his haircut. My daugnter had the same exsperience at this place a few years ago. I thought it was one time mistake but now I understood that people at this particular place are unprofessional and probably have no education at all. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone, espesially for families with kids.

The employee they hired for the front counter is remarkably rude and makes comments about other customers while they're ringing people up. Truly astounding behavior. We reserved a slot using their online system, and upon sitting in their waiting room for about a few seconds, the cashier said, amongst other things, "Gotta love it when people show up in the last hour." I'll gladly take my business elsewhere, but I'd suggest management update the hours to 7 pm if they don't want employees to work in the last hour. It doesn't help that I've had my hair destroyed at this location a few years ago and decided to give them a second chance last year. It may be conveniently located, but it isn't worth it.

Pretty bad. My haircut is awful. I asked to trim the side and the back to show layerings. There’s no thinning as well. The stylist refused to listen and said it’s done. Won’t be coming back again. I am not happy of my haircut.
