I liked the people, all very nice. And I got my hair cut and colored in an hour and a half which is something that has never been done in the past the atmosphere was great and as I said the people were very friendly talkative and thorough I'll be going back every 4 to 6 weeks they are all just wonderful. Don't let the name fool you they have a great price range depending on what you're having done

I called different shops asking if they provided perm services for black hair. The person that answered referred me to Lisa and gave me her number. I called and booked appt for perm with Lisa for $125.00. The first appt went well. Hair came out decent. I was nicely surprised because I had not ever had a perm processed like Lisa did. Call it luck or first impressions. My second perm touch up with Lisa is worse perm experience ever. Hair breakage and damage beyond repair. I believe Lisa has minimal if any knowledge of basic fundamentals of perming black hair; from product to application to process. She applied product, let it sit on hair untouched for 20 minutes, and washed out. I don't believe she even used a neutralizing shampoo to wash out, causing even more severe damage. I called Lisa afterwards and told her of outcome. She listened. I made arrangement with Lisa to meet her and show damage to which she agreed. I did not meet with her after considering that she had to know while styling my hair the damaged caused. I sent her a text stating such to which no reply. I did not expect one. I wasn't going to use the energy to post this review and go on my merry way, but my better judgement told me to post to save somebody from what I am experiencing in hair breakage and damage. Worse perm experience ever in my life. Thank God hair grows back. And for hair gel. The only perm Lisa provided was permanent damage.

Based on positive reviews I read I decided to take my teenage daughter for a cut. Huge mistake! We were given an appointment with Jennifer and we will never return. My daughter HAD very long, perfectly straight hair and asked for 3 inches trimmed off, straight across, nothing difficult. Jennifer used an electric razor and sawed off about 7 inches before we could even stop her! How can any professional mistake 7 inches for 3 inches! My daughter is devastated!

I followed my hair dresser, Irene, here from her former salon. She says she is very happy at this location and I noticed a very friendly atmosphere inside the salon between all the hair dressers. Cute and very cozy location- lots of parking available as well! You should definitely check out this salon and ask for Irene!

Randa is the best! She always goes above and beyond to make me love my hair whether I'm going for lighter brunette with highlights or multidimensional darker brunette. Haircut is always amazing as well. She takes the time to listen to what I'm looking for and then works her magic. Not to mention she's just an amazing and delightful human being and I look forward to seeing her every time!

This is the first time I have ever felt comfortable in a hair salon. All of the women who work there are extremely kind and friendly. We called for some advice with my 4 year old's matted, knotted hair. They assessed it, made recommendations, and cut it then and there, even though it was a busy Saturday. My autistic daughter will not sit for a doctor or a dentist, and this was the first time she's sat down without crying and screaming. That says A LOT. I will be going to Teresa and her team for all future appointments. Highly recommended!
