Shame on you guys ! Obviously, you guys don’t care about your neighbors! You should not allowed those people cooking in your parking lot ! Not mention that it’s really dangerous for your customers and they have no permission to be cooking the way they do !!! Shame on you guys!

I've been a longtime, frequent customer and obviously have been happy or I wouldn't keep coming around. Today Michelle did me a huge solid since I did something so stupid I won't mention what, and she saved my day. I realized that the service has always been great here especially for a store with such great deals on the huge selection! Today emphasized how good they've been to me.

I have alot of tools and harbor freight has great prices. I always end up buying to much cause of the great prices. The only negative things I have to say is one time an employee was very rude to me and in my opinion they need more staff on the floor to help find things ect. Other then that have always have had good experience in the store. I have had alot of people talk trash on there tools but my response is their hand tools have a lifetime warranty and they are a quarter the price of brand name tools (so I could by 4-5 from harbor freight for one brand name one) and have only had acouple tools break and I use them alot but get a free replacement can't beat that. Also I have shopped at many of their locations and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend shopping at Harbor Frieght!!

Very friendly service considering discount atmosphere Be vigilant, as some of their least expensive items, are lesser quality. That said, many decent buys on national brand tools. Selection also lots less than home depot or Lowes . Very convenient and fast checkout. I check here for sales and promotions, when I want to get stuff same day.

Angel is an awesome manager in Pleasant Hill. I had the pleasure of dealing with him today and received excellent, exceptional customer service! He demonstrated valuing me, the customer! Something we don't see much of these days! Harbor Freight is lucky to have him working there.
