Very great experience overall. Imran was amazing, I would highly recommend him to anyone! He was super kind, and patient with me as I was gathering documents that I did not realize that I needed beforehand. He helped me save quite a bit of money from compared to what I was getting on turbo tax.

My 2023 taxes were a complete disaster, the tax associate Imran screwed up my returns to where I had to pay money back. He was not flexible and could not work around the situation, he did not explain anything and was very lazy. I was supposed to receive a refund like I normally do every year but Imran did not know what he was doing, his personality was also very robotic. In addition, H&R Block charges a lot of money for their garbage services, it’s the equivalent of a mediocre fast food restaurant charging fine dining prices. Never choose H&R Block to manage your tax returns. Rock on Imran, you obviously don’t know how to provide value to the client.

Jemma was very professional. As she worked she explained everything and answered all my concerns. I was really stressed when I came to the office, but left with a smile. Im really comfortable with the outcome. And I would definitely recommend! Definitely 5 stars ? ?

h&r block fails on so many levels. from transferring to tax agents that have no experience with helping on specific issues, to no-shows for appointments, to zero accountability with returning calls from the local office staff to office and district, h&r block should be avoided at all costs.it is evident that this company is not interested in finding solutions but rather getting you in and out the door.it is now my mission to make sure all my business partners, colleagues, clients, friends, and family are aware of their vast deficiency and are advised to steer clear of this ridiculously ran company.even their customer service phone number hung up after waiting to speak to a 'live person' for over 10 minutes.horrible cannot begin to describe my company's experience with h&r block. i cant wait to talk to my attorney about the horrendous management of our taxes.
