Very mild mannered reception barking to me and others to use kiosk to sign in. Seems to be a repeat situation. Kiosk should be facing clients as soon as they walk in so that the harsh voice won't be the first unsettling noise they hear.
I was also given a QR code in an email to use at the kiosk but was instructed to use my drivers license. I also tried to 'sign in' via a text code but that didn't work.
After all that, I was treated professionally by the nice welcoming phlebotomist. At least that went well. 5 stars for that part.

This place was so quick and efficient. I got in self checked in. They called me right away. And then maybe less than five minutes, they took me to the back. The staff were so friendly and so nice. The phlebotomist did a wonderful job. I didn't even feel a thing.

Admitting female manager lacking in any customer service skills. Rude gruff and unprofessional. The staff are usually very nice with a relaxed atmosphere. Not today.

I get nervous getting blood drawn, but Dori was warm and friendly and made me feel at ease. Check-in was a breeze and I didn't wait too long. Thank you!

I went there this morning for an appointment. The old woman at the front desk was nasty and was dismissive in talking to me. She was quite annoyed, as if to say "do I really have to answer your stupid question." I am a senior citizen with several health problems. #1 Before I left home I checked their website for pending orders from my doctor so I got there 20 minutes early to ask a question. Was that a mistake! #2 I was in line behind an nice gentleman. While she was helping him she told me to use the kiosk to check in. I told her before I do that I would like to ask a question. I presented my insurance card and asked if I had any orders in their system. Looked at me with a smirk and sternly stated check in at the kiosk and we will call you. #3 She called me up to the counter 15 minutes later. I asked again if there were any standing orders. She said no. I asked if she was able to look at my account with Labcorp. She rudely replied, "I can't see that", and mumbled something unintelligible. Now we are at 3-5 minutes until my appointment time. I told her I would call the doctor. The doctors office asked if there was a fax number. Again, here we go! #4 I went back up and asked that woman if there was a fax number. Her reply was, "It's right there". There was no pointing. Not having my glasses available I had to try and read everything posted on the front desk window while the doctors office was patiently waiting. I asked the blood tech if there was a manager there I could talk to. IT HAPPENED TO BE THE NASTY WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK!!!!

My loved one needed lab work done and were told by one Dr that he submitted his orders electronically to Labcorp at the end of April. The other Dr gave us his order printed out which was the order that was completed while the others were missed. The care quality is definitely compromised as they only completed 1 lab order when my loved one went in May (which was the most recent order) and not all open orders in the system!!!! Something very significant was missed and not diagnosed until 2 of 11 outstanding labs were completed in mid-September!!!! And still yet 9 of 11 labs were still missed during that visit and we had to return a 3rd time! This is a MAJOR ISSUE! It should be STANDARD PROTOCOL that when someone goes in for lab work the Labcorp staff sitting in the chair at the computer, performs a thorough search to ensure ALL orders are drawn & in a timely manner so that treatment is also timely. Medicare will want to be notified!

The white old lady in the front with glasses needs to get fired and reprimanded ASAP! She is very rude and disrespectful and does not know how to speak with patients. Labcorp should not allow this type of staff, gives the company a very bad name and status. PATIENT SHOULD AND ALWAYS WILL COME FIRST, it doesn't matter how bad your day was treat them with respect!

The girl at the front desk that checked me in was quick and efficient. The other lady that took my blood was extremely kind. I let her know that I am a wuss when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and she was kind enough to continue conversation with me the entire time to distract me. I didn't get their names, but I'll update my review if I see them next time! Getting bloodwork done is never fun, but the staff here made it as easy and painless as possible! I'll definitely continue to come to this location.

Very unhappy staff and an uncomfortable experience.I have been to 6-7 different LabCorp locations, and I've learned not to expect friendly service. I can live with not friendly, as long as the facility can function well and efficiently to get my lab work done. My recent visit at this location takes the cake though. I was greeted with a gruff "sign in!" Next, while waiting to be called what sounded like a drill sergeant shouted my appointment time and name. The phlebotomist was dry and quiet, and I couldn't feel more like I was unwanted there. The good news is they took an excellent blood draw, clean and painless.I don't expect happy-peppy greetings and fancy establishment-level warmth from a lab, but this place is downright miserable, ranking at the bottom with DMV and the Post Office when it comes to customer interaction. LabCorp corporate: send a little money toward training and making your staff at least look like they aren't serving time in Guantanamo Bay prison.

Showed up the morning of Jan 28, 2022 (Friday) around 7:20 AM and they were closed despite their posted hours. I was not the only person knocking on the door.
